Nasty, nasty nasty. If you like filthy, small, outdated rooms. This is the place for you. The temp. was around 112 that day, and the air conditioning did not work. I am surprised that motels of this nature can even remain in business. The staff was more interested in my credit card, than my happiness. There was nothing that the... more

I used AARP to find a hotel to stay at while in Palm Springs for a family reunion. I called AARP two days prior to the family arrival for a reservation. I visited the property a day before check-in. I immediately informed the owner that his property was not satisfactory and requested a refund. He refused. This office of this... more

So there we were a group of friends off to Palm Springs to enjoy a weekend of fun in the sun. Now granted, it was spur of the moment and all the hotels in the area seemed to be booked up; except for The Desert Lodge. While the price was right, that was the only thing right! The rooms were... more

property doesn't look like its been updated since the place was built in the 50's. We booked it by the looks & price on the internet.......worse mistake I have ever made. We got there and the room was extremely hot and the air didn't work. called down to the desk and the manager/owner came and took a look. at least... more

An absolute filthy place with unfriendly front office staff. Stayed only because we were late into Palm Springs - should have slept in the car and saved money and health, Fortunately we travel with Tea Tree Oil, a natural disinfectant and, believe me, we used lots of it!! Do NOT stay here at any price. Eccccchhhh!! more

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. My friend and I wanted to stay at the Travel Lodge only a block or two away, but they were booked. We were going to spend Thanksgiving with my sister who lives in the area and needed a place to spend Thanksgiving night. He called Hotels.com and they recommended this place. We... more

I booked through American Airlines who go through Expedia. American Airlines should be ashamed of themselves for referring me to such a discraceful hotel. The first night I put down to experience but after the room was not serviced and the manager verbally abused me I called the police to witness that I was leaveing the room in the condition... more

This was one of the most disgusting motels we have ever stayed at - the price was great - But don't make the same mistake we did. The rooms are so filthy - I wanted to leave 409 spray there so maybe they would get the hint. Trash bins full and not emptied - outside - I felt like we... more

This is a quite hotel with decent sized rooms and some views of the mountains. There is a pool and hottub. The Owners are friendly. I stayed 4 nights and had no problems. more

I booked two nights here via ORBITZ and unfortunately it was impossible to get a refund, or I would have left as soon as I pulled into the driveway. This MAY have been a nice place at one time, but those days are long past. Here is my list of why this place is so horrible: trash in the driveway... more
