Nestled near the heart of downtown, the Hilton Palm Springs garners praise for its excellent location, with guests appreciating the short distance to local attractions. The hotel's atmosphere is deemed inviting thanks to its modern rooms and a pool area that many find charming. While opinions on the rooms vary, with some pointing out issues of upkeep, the hotel's amenities, especially the pool, are consistently celebrated. Despite grumbles about the cost of parking and certain amenities, the Hilton Palm Springs is often commended for its cleanliness and the friendly, attentive service provided by its staff.

I haven’t stayed here in a number of years but I’m glad I did for the weekend before a week long on business trip. Location can’t be beat- if you like to gamble, It’s across the street from Agua Caliente. Two blocks from Starbucks and Palm Canyon. The pool was super warm, and the two people taking care of the pool were very attentive and friendly. All staff were helpful. Beds very comfortable. Glad to see they have replaced room carpet with LVP. Bathrooms have been touched up. Very quiet and great views (given nice room as diamond and it was ready early). Pool bar was open late for drinks and apps. There are a lot of choices in PS but I will return here.

Hotel's Favorite
Room 379 standard 2 beds The room was very comfortable, blackout curtains, comfy bed, clean, quiet, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe box, patio with nice Mountain Views. There is a charge of $18 for self parking or $25 valet parking. Nice pool with their own bar and food service, I would suggest a little more shade areas at the pool but omg. It was great and fun. Casino is right next door if you like gambling. Right in the middle of all major entertainment like bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Staff super friendly and helpful. I felt so welcomed from the moment I opened those doors.

We had a great experience at the Hilton in Palm Springs in January. It's a great location. Short walk to downtown and Starbucks and lots of other eateries. We had room service for several meals and we really enjoyed it. Great eggs Benedict. The food came promptly, it was hot and the delivery staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds and pool were pretty and well maintained. I was surprised how nice it was at such a reasonable rate. We will definitely go again.

Pulled up at 11:00 pm to no parking. Had to park down the street in a vacant lot and walk back to the hotel. Greeted by an overwhelming, putrid poop smell upon entering the room. Seemed to be coming from the vent. TV was broken with a blacked out quarter of the screen. Management called after check out to try to charge us for their broken tv! Smelly, no parking, broken tv and overall, not updated since about 1983. Hilton should take its name off this dump.

When we went to our room for the first time after checking in it smelled terrible. Kudos to the front desk and staff (they get 5 stars) for immediately placing us in a different room. In addition to the smell in the first room, the hall our room was on smelled for the duration of our stay. The rooms themselves aren’t terrible, just a little dated. The beds are comfortable. The smell was off putting enough to make me not want to stay here again.

Disgusting and dirty. So below Hilton’s standards. The moment we entered room 193 we saw a big cockroach at the bathroom. We asked housekeeping to clean. At 2 am in the morning, there was a flying cockroach from the room curtain. We had to run after and kill the bug otherwise it’d be impossible to sleep! Had to call hotel staff to remove it but staff seemed Unsurprised!

I haven't stayed at such a dirty room in a while and I've stayed in a lot of Hilton properties in the past. The tables, counters, floors and bathrooms were filthy and clearly not cleaned. We spent the first 20 minutes wiping down the whole room. Also, the $30 self parking in an open lot is overpriced. Breakfast was subpar and way overpriced. It took us 30-40 minutes just to get a table and it took another 30 minutes to get the food. We lost most of the morning for this.

Loved everything about my stay at the Hilton Palm Springs. It was my first time in Palm Springs and didn’t know when I booked just how close I was to all the action. I could walk everywhere! The room was so spacious. Loved the pool and jacuzzi area. Incredible customer service from each person I encountered during my 4-day stay. The food at the restaurant was also very high quality.

The Hilton Palm Springs is a solid hotel in proximity to all the activities near and around downtown. I choose a room on the third floor with partially obstructed views of the mountains. My room was spacious, although a bit outdated. The fitness center was okay, with no frills but with enough equipment for an impactful workout. What the hotel lacks in modern aesthetics, it makes up in customer service. Cristen at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating. I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable stay near the casino and the Arenas District.

I last stayed in this hotel a few years ago. This time we got a pool view room on the second floor which I preferred. Last time we stayed here we did not have a view of the pool and courtyard and faced the large parking area. I did not like that. Although it costs more it's worth getting the pool view room as it creates a completely different vibe (there seems to be poolside rooms (ground level) and pool view rooms (upper floors). It felt more like staying at a resort than a hotel and I liked having the balcony. The location of this hotel is fantastic. It was easy for us to get around by foot as the location is pretty close to downtown and very close to the casino. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the room was clean. I only used the gym for a quick run and the treadmill was modern. I would definitely stay here again. It's Palm Springs so very welcoming hotel for LGBT+. Only feedback is that the room service dining menu could be expanded to offer some healthier and more interesting options (i.e. vegan and gluten-free).
