Ate here...Kathleen served the 2 of us. Food was fair... a well butterflied steak and bottle of New Zealand sauvignon blanc went down well. It became apparent that whilst Kathleen was physically running around, Yasmine spent most of her time stood around chatting doing diddly squatt... this had a real impact on service delivery. This really doesnt impress, nor the... More

Late arrival, no reservation as walk inn during primetime. Reception had only the highest price for a room available. It was ok, this is the price for having the freedom to decide where to go. The room was good. Air-conditioning soft and not to noisy. Stayed for 2 nights and had a good time. Valet service ok.

Nice hotel, nice views of mountains, very convenient to downtown restaurants, but not upscale or fancy. A little dated, even though rooms are upgraded, halls and elevators are old. Ok, but nicer more upscale options available for the price.

This was my third stay at this hotel. It is only a block away from the main street in downtown Palm Springs where there are many really good restaurants and fun shops. This hotel has just been renovated and they did a fabulous job! Our room was an "Alcove room" and we were very happy with how spacious and beautiful... More

i booked a stay through Travelocity who i might add is also on my S#%@T LIST because of how this entire experience was handled I booked a suite with an adjoining room for my two teenagers. This reservation was made well in advance. I arrived at the hotel around 4;30pm my scheduled day and was met with the unsympathetic news... More

It's your average Hilton experience with average rooms, average food, and average service. Nothing spectacular but a reasonable location in walking distance to downtown. I would stay for business but wouldn't consider being there for a leisure vacation unless I had small children, then it seems practical for pool fun. It gets a 'meh' rating from me.

The location is awesome. We never had to drive anywhere. The laid-back atmosphere, friendly staff, great breakfasts, (try the delicious Hollandaise sauce!), and cleanliness all led to a very relaxing stay. The TV was dark-ish on some of the channels, but we were OK with it. BTW: we're Diamond members, and used points. (If you feel entitled, want to be... More

I stayed here one evening when in town for a conference. The Hyatt, where I stayed during the rest of my trip, was overbooked. The hotel is conveniently located, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the art museum. However the hotel itself felt dreary. It was internally focused and bunker-like, and outdoor areas were disappointing, particularly in contrast... More

The location of the Hilton is walking distance to lots of shops and places to eat. Staff is helpful. Rooms are nice. Very clean. The Deli on the corner is fantastic! We would recommend this hotel but personally we would not return as we would prefer a private rental.

This is a great location for walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and bars in Palm Springs. Also the Hotel shuttle will take you and pick you up if needed. The Hotel Front desk staff was great. The pool was just okay, compared to other locations I've been.
