My friends and I stayed here last April, when we came out for Coachella. The rooms were large and clean, with very comfortable beds. Our room opened right out to the pool and had a nice kitchen as well. If I weren't travelling back for the festival with such a large group, I'd be staying there again. Quiet and off... More

Our room was large with a view of the parking lot and an extremely unpleasant area which our host referred to as "your terrace." The room was otherwise comfortable except for a mattress so firm that it woke me up when I turned over at night. Our room had lots of things we didn't need (sixteen pillows, a dozen ceramic... More

My wife and I have stayed here many times over the years and keep going back. Pros: Clean rooms and close to airport. Walking distance to downtown P.S. but still on a quiet street. Rooms have kitchenettes so can keep costs down. Coffee, fruit, etc. available in common area. Pool and chairs available for relaxation. The hosts, Larry and Ed... More

We stayed just two nights and would have gladly stayed more. There is a fine attention to most details and Larry who owns the places was extraordinarily helpful. Be prepared for a room full of clutter, most cheap nick-knacks and yard-sale goodies, but the huge bed was extremely comfortable, after thirteen pillows were removed. I would have greatly appreciated a... More

Great, quaint little inn. Larry, Ed and Theresa are awesome. Anything you want to know about the area, they most likely can tell you. Larry gave me most of the restaurant suggestions, and they were all pretty good. Everyone else reviewing this inn, said sleep quality was great. I have to say otherwise, as I'm a picky sleeper. Bed and... More

My wife & I were recent guests at the Old Ranch Inn for 10 nights. We had a King Suite with a kitchenette that met all our needs. The owners, Larry & Ed were terrific. Any requests we had were cheerfully met, including extra pillows! Our room was very clean & housekeeping services were excellent. We'll be back -- great... More

My partner and I stopped here for 2 days after a short visit in San Diego and before the final leg of our USA trip to Las Vegas back in September. Our Queen Suite room was just perfect for us - with a little kitchenette and private patio. The pool area was lovely and was the perfect place to chill... More

My Partner and I stayed here for 4 nights just before Christmas following a visit to Las Vegas and it was just fantastic. We had a lovely King Suite that faced the mountain and overlooked the pool. The Pool, views and room were perfect and the coffee each morning was just splendid. The reviews from others on here are spot... More

Great location, lovely accommodations (we had Room 7), helpful friendly people. Great place to stay in Palm Springs. It is more than 3 blocks to the main part of downtown, but still very walkable. Just park the car, relax and stroll. Pool was clean and warm....miss a jacuzzi but I understand why they decided NOT to have one from a... More
