First of all, we had requested a room with a pool view, when we checked in it took about 20 min just to talk to the Check in person..once he began to check us in, about a minute into the check in he took a phone call from a lady complaining about the resort (red flag)... he was on the... More

Palm Springs is beautiful. I will never stay at this hotel again. This the first time I've ever took the time to review anything...ever! First thing...we checked in around 8pm and went to our room. Our in-room refrigerator started to leak...called for maintain ace...never showed up. They gave us only 2 bath towels for four people. Pool was great first... More

Stay home. This place is so bad. See my lengthy review for more specific complaints. Check in was horrible, pushy sales staff made me want to scream. The room was tiny. The people who stay here are rude and disrespectful to others.

We love Palm Springs and thought this would be a fun place to try while traveling through with our kids. No. Just no. There were extra charges at check-in that added up quite a bit. Check in was followed up by an aggressive sales spiel for a timeshare under the guise of "telling us about the area." We already know... More

Thank you for your review. As we are committed to creating an experience that exceeds guest satisfaction, your feedback was most concerning to us. We certainly apologize if you did not find value in the resort fee we charge, it includes several of the most widely utilized and requested resort amenities we offer such as our massage services, multiple swimming... Came here to get away with some friends and currently we are 4 days into our 10 day stay. There isn't much to say about the room. Everything seems to be fairly well maintained but the A/C is lacking. We have the room set at 60 and the room hasn't been any cooler than 75. In addition, there is an... More

We arrived shortly after 4:00pm- check-in time- and it was a mad house! First, the circle parking for check-in is not nearly enough and not well- organized! After sitting in our car for at least 8 minutes, we finally got a parking spot! We went inside and the line was almost out the door- we turned around and left and... More

It's been a while since I've been to one of my favorite places, Palm Canyon. We were with a large party of friends. One of the two elevators in the Oasis building was inoperative due to renovations. I, myself, used the short distance of the three stair locations for our three flight trip; it beat waiting for one lift. This... More

We have been coming to this resort for years and looked forward to our week long stay. Little did we know what was in store for us.......filthy stained carpet, damaged countertops, walls that were in desperate need of a paint job, damaged furniture, water damaged baseboards in the bathroom with black mold, baseboards behind the toilet that showed evidence of...
