Recently converted to Diamond properties, the resort sits at the end of a quiet roadway. Our one bedroom unit had a full kitchen, queen bed, dining and living area. The furniture was a bit tired and the bottom sheet on our bed had a hole....not what I would expect from a resort. The pool is the highlight of this place.... More

We have been Diamond members for over 10 years now and have had some great holidays but this resort is not up to the standard of the European resorts by any measure. We have been here 6 days and we still have not had our room cleaned. We have had to chase the staff to get clean sheets and towels.... More

The room was filled with old, worn out furniture. The bed was only a queen with a cheap worn out mattress that was covered with a thick pad to hide the low quality. The furniture finish was about 50% peeled off from age, and the couch was equally as bad. The outside and pool area look nice though. This is... More

A friend of ours offered this timeshare to us and we went during our kids spring break.. The pool is the biggest draw.. It has a couple of water slides that my kids loved! We spent all day in the pool.. They offer activities, such as scavenger hunts and bracelet making during the day, and a night they showed a... More

We had a great time during our two days here. The place was recommended by friends who were here a few years ago, and said it was family friendly. We read the reviews here and were forewarned about the timeshare sales tactics (though I wouldn't mind a free short vacation to listen to a sales pitch and say NO. I'm... More

I would not recommend this hotel/resort under any condition, short stay of week long stay. We unfortunately booked this resort for a one night stay. First of all, when I was looking at rate information on this hotel, it did not indicate until I booked that check in was at 4PM and check out is at 10 AM. Either way,... More

I was in Palm Springs for the CUE conference, and my employer waited until the last possible minute to try and book a room. Every hotel around the convention center was absolutely booked, and nothing was available...until we managed to get a room at Palm Canyon. After staying there, there is a reason they had rooms available. As someone else... More

My wife and I have been owners for at least 15 years and were happy to see the change in ownership. The prior company used PCR&S as the housing area for the people who came for the sales presentation. This caused large crowds that someone became unruly. That seems to have changed with the new owners, but there area some... More

I stayed here with two friends, who are timeshare owners, over Spring Break. Yes - it IS a time share, which is good to know going in. They had been warned when making the reservation that the property does not live up to the normal standards of most of their other properties. The furnishings are old and slightly worn, but... More

This is a very well organized and staffed resort. Even though the rooms have not been refurbished in a while, the entire resort has an upmarket, quality feel to it, with great facilities. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with tasteful classical music playing, and the owner's lounge off the lobby has upscale comfort, two quality pool tables and great... More
