My husband and I stayed for a week in one of the cottages and had the best time. We loved the room.......plenty of space, very clean, modern and 5 steps from our patio to the pool. Lots of drawers and closet space, kitchen stocked with plenty of appliances and utensils and the shower is immediately hot without having to wait.... more

I'm almost afraid to talk about it. I was with my 18 year old sister and we had a blast. Short walk from center of town. The hotel is older but extremely well kept. I mean...pristine! Decor is dated, so if you're a snob, then look elsewhere. But if you want an old-school place with lots of relaxing peace and... more

We stayed just for a quick weekend getaway, and had a great time. Yes, the room decor is a tad dated, but it was clean and spatious with a comfortable bed. We stayed in the main hotel in one of the smallest rooms - which was still plenty big. The high point was the adult pool which is lovely, clean,... more

Stay away from rooms near Spencers and Adult pool area. At 6.45 am the staff gather and make a lot of noise .At 7.am they loudly roll out the garbage bins. At 7.15 they fire up lawn mowers and then the garbage truck arrives. This goes on most mornings even thought we wrote a report ,tried to talk to the... more

I have stayed here twice in the past year - once in the "hotel" section and most recently in a fully remodeled bungalow. Both room types had their strong points: the hotel room was larger and closer to the lobby, with covered indoor parking; the bungalow was freshly updated and had a large outdoor patio. I will agree with the... more

we stayed at the hotel part and it was a very long 6 blocks walk (15-20min) to the main street. note that there are barely any sidewalks on the way from the hotel to downtown so you have to walk on the actual street which is rather busy (traffic even heavier on weekends) as lots of people come to play... more

A friend who owns a timeshare suggested the Palm Springs for us and we were very glad she did! My wife and I and 3 year old stayed in Bungalow 334 for 3 days and couldn't have been happier. The spacious apartment was about 800 square feet and was very freshly renovated with new carpets, furniture and paint.Fully stocked full kitchen, nice patio... more

We stayed here 3/6-3/13, booked thru Platinum Interchange. Finding the hotel proved to be the most frustrating part of our trip, minus the 2 layovers. Every Thursday night in Palm Springs there is a street fair. What they call Villagefest. So we got detoured around a bit. Made a wrong turn but were given directions from the front desk at... more

We arrived at the hotel late Friday night after driving from AZ. We were told by the hotel mgr (can't remember his name) that we were booked for 2 nights. We explained to him that we booked 3 nights through our timeshare and had confirmation of that. He told us that he always has problems when people book through their... more
