Lovely staff, spotless rooms, and you get breakfast and a lunch! Why leave? A low key attractive resort that does not allow "day passes" so you really get to know your other guests as you bob in the pool. I have been going to the Santiago off and on for nearly 30 years. Through thick and thin. It is on... More

Our first time staying here was such an enjoyable experiences. They add all those fantastic little touches to your stay that make this place so enjoyable. I can now see why everyone loves the Santiago Resort so much. Thanks Ken for being such a great host, We'll definitely be back.

I have stayed at Santiago Resort for many years, and I have to say that it is by far one of the best run, relaxing and hospitable resorts I have ever had the good fortune to visit. The rooms are modern and stylish, being very well-kept and clean, they feature wifi, phone docking stations, snacks, great a/c, high quality towels... More

Having stayed here over 10 years ago, i was excited to again return to Santiago and Santiago did not disappoint. It remains very quiet but friendly with the same home away from home feeling...from the excellent staff Jay and Mark and all the others who were so very accommodating and were prepared for any and all of our wishes, to... My partner and I were going from Vegas to San Diego and decided to stop in Palm Springs. It was after 8 when we called the Santiago and Jay Rifkin answered the phone. He said they were closed already but that he would wait for us. Not only did he wait for us, he turned on the a/c in our... More

I've stayed at this resort several times and there are several reasons it feels like home. The staff (Jay, Mark, Oscar, and Bob) are all great...they pamper their guests and make very attempt to exceed expectations and at least for this reviewer, the staff makes the resort feel like home. The setting is tranquil and very scenic. I request a... More

This was our first time there and it was amazing. The rooms are clean and roomy. The staff is so friendly, amazing and helpful with all our questions. Breakfast and lunch were great! The pool is clean. The misting was great to keep cool in the hot sun. The grounds are well kept up. It is close to restaurants and... More

Stayed there a week ago as a solo traveler. The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was ample (no hot food but you can toast bagels and waffles) and lunch is included (you order from a nice selection of sandwich or salad before 11am and get food delivered by 1pm). Swimming pool was great - you can get... More

We hadn't been to a gay resort in Palm Springs for years, and are sure glad we chose Santiago. This trip was for our 21st anniversary, and we wanted it to be special. Not much to say except that everything was perfect. From the nice rooms, beautiful grounds, welcoming and helpful staff, delicious (included) breakfast and lunches, there was nothing... More

I have stayed at the Santiago Resort many times over the years, and I must say, it only gets better. The well-maintained resort grounds are lush and beautiful, offering a stunning view of the mountains. The lounge chairs are comfortable and plentiful, which means you'll never have to worry about getting out to the pool early enough to reserve your... More
