Ok, it's a Motel 6, but one of the better kept ones, and since it's located in downtown Palm Springs, it is the best value for under $70 a night. We have stayed here several times for the gay Pride Parade & Festival in November, and the Renaissance fair in March, over a period of 4 to 5 years, and... More

I normally stay at a motel up the street, but the reviews of this place intriqued me. From the reviews this motel got, I was expecting a little more. It is simply a Motel 6, with a better than average location. Pros-Staff were friendly enough. Early check in allowed. Noon check out. Cons-Rooms are really small. So small that many... More

I had just had almost all my belongings stolen, and the hotel was repeatedly calling for me to be out in fifteen minutes, instead of thirty (the overnight clerk had said late check-out would be fine...12:15 isn't exactly pushing it on a weekday). If they had just let me continue assessing what was stolen and what was present, I'd have... More

As a proponent of the "StayCation," I can now add this Motel 6 to my list of places that are close enough to home (1.5 hours drive), clean and cheap, and close enough to the action. This hotel was surprising in its design, since its exterior cleverly disguises the fact that it's a basic motel. When I say basic, i... More

When I got in at 5am I was not awaken by noise at 8am...or the cleaning people....and the AC always worked and the water hot and the staff was always polite and non-judgmental to us Gay folks.... PS:And my pooch was happy to.

I chose this property after reading tripadvisor reviews online and generally positive experiences I was hoping for the same. I dont expect much from a motel 6,but am disappointed in two facets. The first night of my stay it took over 20 minutes to get hot water from the shower. When I called the front desk about the issue, I... More

I was not convinced from the moment we pulled into the driveway. Very nice looking and well maintained, Its the first time I felt safe with my children and was able to relax. The pool and jacuzzi were sparkling blue and you could tell the staff take alot of pride in thier work. We were greeted warmly by a young... More

This really is a great place to go. The building seems to be brand-new and there is a lot of parking space available. The pool is clean and the location is also fine. It's an example for how a motel should be.

This motel has one of the best locations in Palm Springs and it only cost me $48 plus tax for a room with two beds for two people. The room was a bit small and the two full sized beds were pushed up against the wall but for two people it was perfectly adequate. The room was bright and clean... More

Stayed at this hotel on the way to a music festival in Indio. I had read the neg. reviews but decided to roll the dice on staying due to price/location. I am glad I did. Walking distance to many great places to eat and drink. Nice pool area/hot tub. Well lit parking lot. Liked it so much I stayed again... More
