I belong to RCI and I used my points there to exchange for a week in Palm Springs, primarily so my 90 yr old mother could see her grand children on the west coast. The suite proviced by Desert Vacation Villas was very nice. We were given tow bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and eat in kitchen. Every thing but... More

Really nice accommodations with all the finishing touches (the toilet paper and paper towels were folded into fans at the ends, so cute!) Great size and location to downtown palm springs, without dealing with the noise. Jeffrey, the manager is so sweet and funny. Had a fabulous time and can't wait to stay there again!!

I wasn't expecting such a nice place for such a reasonable cost!!! The staff was more than helpful, especially the manager, Jeffrey! Great place to stay-- quiet, clean, large apartment-style villa. Definitely will be visiting again!!! The only reason I selected "average" on the restaurant and fitness center is because I did not use either.

I stayed at the Desert Vacation Villas during the Kraft Nabisco LPGA Golf Tournament two years in a row, and have not been disappointed staying at this property. Units are large, two bedrooms and two baths which would be great for a family. Indeed, many families stay here - although I am part of a couple, so we had plenty... More

Location...Location...Location is all I have to say. This property is located in the up and coming arts district of Palm Springs. Even though it is not right down down, it worked out perfect for my girlfriends and I. It's close distance to the Spa Casino if gambling is your thing...and also about a mile to the heart of all things... More

We were fortunate to get one of the updated 2 bedroom suites. It was 200 something. Ground floor. Great price and everything was clean and modern. Nice pool area. Helpful ladies at the desk. Beautiful view of mountains and close to many restaurants. Would return.

My mom and I stayed here for a week. Lots of pluses- nice pool, condo was great for 2 (4 would have been o.k. but not for 6 people, which it was listed as able to accommodate - there was a sofa bed as well as the 2 bedrooms but only 2 small bathrooms and a small table and 4... More

I like smaller private places, but this place was a joke. The room smelled like a smoke pit and it wasn't in the least bit clean. I think the sheets were dirty, but mostly it was the smell that drove me crazy in a nonsmoking room. The pool was nice and the staff were pleasant.

This is a smaller complex of 36 units,2 stories, all have 2 bdrms, may have been apartments or condos in its past life. The office is in the pool area, which was a little awkward but it probably was a clubhouse room in its past life. Millie the office person was all smiles and very welcoming and always very helpful and... More

This was our first experience using our time share. After arriving at the property at 3pm, excited to be there, we soon realized it was not the experience we had expected. Once we found the office, 3 ladies were sitting behind the desk, and not one said a word to us. They were having a discussion amoungst themselves and we... More
