I was invited to a wedding at the parker. When you pull up there is no self parking (all valet) which is actually great. But then they ask if you want a bellman. I said yes and sadly ended up waiting so long that I took our bags in myself. The girls at the front desk seemed more interested in... more

Stayed the weekend here aand could not have been more pleased. The FDR Oscar was as nice and welcoming as he could be-not a bot of phonieness or pretension-in fact never saw a bit of that in ANY of the staff team I encountered.Everyone from the Valet staff to the landscaping crew was friendly and nice. The Grounds are so... more

Hmmm...what to day about the interior design of this hotel? From an aesthetic point of view, the decor could best be described as eclectic in the extreme, as though the designer or stylists couldn't decide which way to go (is it funky, is it modern, is it retro 50s or 70s?). It's a weird mish-mash of several different styles, none... more

I planned a weekend getaway for me and my wife using Starwood points and The Parker came up as a five star in Palm Springs. We remembered the hotel name from the Bravo Channel reality show and so after downloading an episode we decided to make the reservation. The short version of this review is that we both enjoyed our... more

The concierge was excellent. The front desk people were young, unprofessional and unresponsive, yet friendly. The property itself was what I expected and quite appealing. We celebrated New Year's there and it was packed. The general manager of the hotel would not address several concerns of ours and was terribly rude and maintained an unpleasant demeanor throughout our 4 night... more

I booked our 10-year wedding anniversary weekend at the Parker and then read the horrifying reviews. I thought about changing our reservations, but other places that looked appealing were sold out. Needless to say, I was very cautious when we arrived. But, every member of the staff was a joy from the valet, to the bellman, to the front desk... more

My husband and I just got back from 3 days at the Parker for a friends wedding. From the moment they greeted us at the car it was a delight. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a bucket of ice for the room and 6 minutes later it was on our table. A freshly brewed pot of coffee... more

Staff at the valet parking are too young and careless. They don't accept responsibility when they make an accident. They blame you for later for the accident you did not cause. Don't let them drive your car unless a get a written note and signature stating your car condition at the time of your arrival everytime you check in. more
