Still a strong leader in the PS hotel world. The Parker is great from the valet to the quality of the rooms! I have stayed here multiple times and still a great place. It is getting to be time for a bit of a refresher of the hotel but the look and feel is great. The hotel does get very... More

You will be BLOWN away. I am currently on a road trip visiting the top hotels and resorts in California, Arizona, and Utah, and the staff at Parker have made this resort rank high above the rest. The food, the property, the spa... I'm speechless. Seriously.

We love the Parker Palm Springs. It feels like a true hideaway, with even certain places within the grounds feeling like their own hideaway from the rest of the property. Nearly flawless service, great rooms, ease of access to Palm Springs' best food and beverage spots via Uber and taxis. Just another fantastic — and too short — visit.

Dear Thomas H, It was a pleasure to welcome you back to the Estate. Thank you for your kind words and appreciation of the team's service. We have a new menu for mister parker's scheduled to debut in the next few weeks. Please be sure to indulge in what Chef Herve has created during your next visit. Best Regards, Brandon... More

The Parker is great destination hotel. It has great facilities but probably best to visit in the Winter as it is so hot in The Summer that you cannot make use of them. The staff were terrific, but they do not cater for gluten intolerant people very well.mthere was very little to choose on the menu so I ended up... More

Dear champagnecatie, Yes, it is hot. You happened to visit during the very hottest days we've had this year! We can accommodate all dietary restrictions. Although they may not be on the menu's, we have an extensive supply of foods to handle the most common. If we don't have it, we will go and get it. I apologize the team... More

Stay August 14th - 16th 2015 This was supposed to be a relaxing two nights away with friends, however, it was the worst hotel I've experienced in the USA, in my life, and for 23 years I have professionally contracted hotels for Tour Operators and Cruise Lines!!!! As a Starwood Preferred Gold Member I showed my loyalty by booking through... More

I would probably only give one star but I really liked Jill at the front desk and I liked my room despite not having an option for coffee or snacks available in the room. Also the guys that worked the valet were super sweet and accommodating. This is why I gave 3 stars... Now the bad part.... The pool service... More

Dear Teresa C, The compression of high demand and high temperatures during our face lift certainly presented challenges. That; however, is no excuse for the delayed service experiences. Please accept our most sincere apologies. On the bright side, all pools are now open and looking amazing. Sorry, still no inflatable rafts in the pools. Best Regards, Brandon McCurley General Manager More

The decor is beautiful. The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. The food is great, specially the breakfast menu. Take advantage of the hotel's outdoor spaces. They're very cozy. I would definitely stay at the Parker on my next visit... Which will definitely not be during August -- the heat will melt you.

Dear freakincheeses, Thank you for sharing your experience here at the Parker Palm Springs. Despite the brutal heat recently you found all of the positives offered at the Estate. We look forward to welcoming you back during another period. Melting for another month, Brandon McCurley General Manager More

My girlfriend and I come to Palm Springs every summer. The last three years we stayed at the Viceroy (very very happy with our stays there), this year we wanted to try a new place. We originally were going to stay at the Ritz in Rancho Mirage, however we want a more Palm Springs feel so we went with The... More

Dear robnuse, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are disappointed to read some of the negatives experienced, particularly around the pool. The pool, after all, is a primary reason to visit. I would very much welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Should you be willing, please reach out to me at bmccurley@parkerpalmsprings.com. Warm Regards,... More

At first glance this resort has everything that's until you study the fine print. No early check ins no late check outs (ever even for platinum Starwood) always using the same lingo, resort sold out they can Never accommodate anyone EVER. I think the staff are paid extra to be mean and rude. This past week their kids pool was... More

It's an oasis in the desert. Excellent room design, a large and very comfortable bed, a stay with all the details. Spacious bathroom with numerous care and beauty items. Nice pool and lemon bar, amazing cocktails, between palms and gardens. Very kind people.
