My friend and I stayed for two nights and had a great time. The good: 1) gorgeous gardens you can just get lost in, sit in a hammock and read or just relax by a water feature. 2) the pool and lemonade stand is a fun way to waste an afternoon 3) the outdoor bistro served great fresh food and... The Room - while small, was nicely accessorized if you like that kind of modern / vintage feel (although I don't know what the throw pillows were doing on the floor). The Bathroom was also pretty cool and had swoonworthy toiletries (we kept every last one) The Facilities & Food: Lovely and really nice and quaint, with two separate pools... More

Let me start by saying that I have been coming to the Parker for the last six years and have always had a great experience, until this visit. Therefore my rating is based on my overall experience, and not just this one. The Room: We booked a King Deluxe room for a 4 night stay. Upon check-in the woman at... More

Memorial Weekend is a nightmare, rooms are not ready on time, even as a SPG Elite member, do not expect any kind of apologies from the Front Desk. The room review will follow later. The 2 outdoor pools are nice but very small so there is a wait list to go to the pool, but no worries they are out... More

Dear Ham-LaX, The Estate check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and I see you checked in to your room at 3:05 p.m.. We accommodate all arrivals as soon as possible; however, we cannot guarantee check-in prior to 4 p.m., particularly on a holiday weekend. I am sorry that your stay has started off poorly in your opinion. I have no doubt... More

After much research having never been to Palm Springs, we decided on Parker due to its decor, packages available and the fact it was part of SPG. Without going into to much detail this is what we thought. Positives: - Decor & Styling - Bathroom Amenities - Comfy Bed - Lemonade Stand for Poolside drinks Negatives: - Hidden charges -... More

Dear wendylikest0travel, Thank you for your feedback. We offer complimentary coffee and tea every morning in the Lobby along with an espresso bar should something stronger be needed. Our Stumptown coffee is $4 to-go and $6 per person for unlimited coffee in the restaurant. I would like to hear more about the hidden charges also if you are willing to... More

I enjoyed my birthday weekend with friends and had a fabulous time. We had a beautiful villa, dinner in Mr. Parkers, lunch in Norma's, and a wonderful room service breakfast on our terrace. What more could a girl ask for? The service was exceptional from arrival to departure. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We... More

Dear TravelingTraveler333, You went top shelf from beginning to end. The Villa's are beautifully designed, private and exclusive. Great choice. Thank you for your ongoing love of The Parker. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Warm Regards, Brandon McCurley General Manager More

Stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed this. Lots of shady spaces to get out of the sun. Pool can get pretty busy but lots of areas to relax outside. Staff were pretty helpful and food was good all round

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Couldn't ask for better service! Their restaurant, Norma's is a little expensive but it's worth it! It's one of the best restaurants in the city. Would definitely recommend! Best luxury resort in Palm Springs!

Dear Nehedin J, Norma's is a treat. Of course the food is incredible but it is the team that make the meal so memorable and worth while. Next time, try mister parker's in the evening. It is an experience unlike any other. Best Regards, Brandon McCurley General Manager More

Having previously visited Norma's on our last trip to Palm Springs we decided to stay a couple nights at The Parker & I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it left me underwhelmed, the standard rooms (which aren't cheap) are in desperate need of redecorating!! Also I wouldn't expect to have to climb under the bed to find the... More

Dear GHedley, The physical elements you note are being addressed and I know you will feel very differently if and when you see the result. I apologize that you felt unimportant as that couldn't be farther from the truth. We will review with the team to identify why that would be the case. If you'd care to discuss further, please... I am currently staying at the Parker and I find the whole property unimpressive. We checked in and there was a dirt q tip laying on the floor to our room. It takes 30 minutes to eat at their onsite restaurant Norma's for breakfast. When you arrive at Norma's, please do not look up or you will see the damaged... More

Dear Meghan C, It did rain the day and night prior to your arrival and the desert environment leaves a little mess on the awnings after the rain. It was cleaned and is now as bright and colorful as ever. We also strive to pace your dining experience according to each guest's preference. Rarely are people looking for faster than... More
