We are here for our honeymoon and wish we could stay longer! This resort provides top-notch service, beautiful design and even though the grounds are not huge, the design of the tall hedges and meandering walkways give a sense of privacy, romance and an illusion of boundlessness. It caters to all comers from young couples to families with babies or... More

Just returned from a 2 day getaway to the Parker for my hubby's birthday. From the valet's to the front desk staff, the servers, hostess etc. we found the staff extremely welcoming. They upgraded us to a patio room with a hammock. The room was spacious, the bed comfy & the air conditioning worked great. We had his Birthday dinner at Mr. Parker's... More

Dear Kimfallbrook_Ca_, It was a pleasure to have you both here to celebrate the special occasion! Even for June, this is unusually hot but the three pools we have to offer help with easing that. With a Muddled Lemonade in hand it is even easier. Thank you for your appreciation of The Parker and we look forward to welcoming you... More

My wife and I drove out from the city to Palm Springs for the weekend and I had the highest of expectations for the Parker Hotel, I was so excited. It's got a great reputation, right? I'd phoned the Front Desk in advance and forewarned them that we'd be arriving early as a courtesy so we could perhaps get an... More

The Parker is an amazing place. It's a gorgeous oasis in the desert. I absolutely love the winding paths with the small tucked away gardens. All of the staff members were wonderful, starting with the valet who were hustling despite the 100+ temps and very unusual humidity. We were a bit early for check in but the front desk agent... I stayed here for a wedding and was disappointed. Our room only had 1 very small window that looked at a rooftop, there wasn't even a clock in the room, the concierge was not helpful when we asked if they could recommend a dog sitter for the night of the wedding - they actually called us a baby sitter who... Dear Phil E, I am sorry that after one year this is still a source of disappointment for you. Our gesture; offered during your visit, seemed to be well received. As we'd mentioned, a dog sitting service was called and the sitter left much to be desired. We have since changed companies. Additionally, I see no fees for a dog... More

Stayed here in March, but I just had to write another review. This place is such a great spot. There is no hotel like it anywhere - with the beautiful sprawling gardens and the mid century style - I love love love this place. If you are going with children, I would recommend upgrading to a room with a patio... More

We enjoyed our stay here a few weeks ago. Staff were friendly throughout. The hotel is stocked w vintage finds and I liked the look, but it is showing some real wear & tear. The inside & outside of Norma's are very nice, but I thought the food was pretty underwhelming, even the cheeseburger was just so-so. There is room... More

I like the rooms on the ground floor with patios. Fab! The Trina Turk Boutique is wonderful as well. I enjoy eating breakfast the most and always the French Press. Mister Parker's has some super tasty food as well.

We come here a couple times a year and never have a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Bar service and Norma's is always good. Always nice to just walk around the grounds, lots of "hidden" places to find.

Father's Day weekend, family, 3 rooms, and everything went so great! This is our second Father's Day in a row at the Parker with our family. We also had our wedding there in October. Their service is great, nice and attentive. We obviously love this property, here's why: the property is beautiful. It is mid-century Jonathan Adler meets French chic.... More
