Went for Valentines night to the street fair. Check in was easy, friendly staff. Room was clean, no frills, basic but served its purpose. Walking distance to the nightlife of Palm Springs. I would stay here again.

The rooms here are clean and well maintained...but older. The staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable. However, in my opinion, the best feature of this hotel is its proximity to all of the fun in downtown Palm Springs. All of downtown is within easy walking distance and you're not far from the desert. Good reasons for staying here... More

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. What I enjoyed the most was the fantastic staff and how friendly they were. The pools were great as was the hot tub - had fun lounging around after shopping! Tons of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had lots to offer with tables outside to enjoy the view of the mountains. Green... More

We spent four nights at this Comfort Inn recently. We picked the hotel as we had good experiences with other Comfort Inns but this property did not measure up. The room was very small with tired furnishings in need of an update, and a shower that needed repair. The breakfast offered was meager (much bette at Hampton Inns we've stayed... More

We are stuck in Room 338 right this minute. The door and window is open to try and get rid of the cat pee smell in our room. We called the front desk, no answer, we went down there and told the Manager on Duty "Ron" that our room is uninhabitable due to the strong odor of cat pee. He... More

Paid under $100 during high season. Which is great for the location within walking distance of Downtown PSP. Rooms are OLD. Mattress was terrible. Pillows even worse. Cheap foam crap. WiFi was lousy in my second floor room near the pool. Walls and ceiling/floors are paper thin. If you are sensitive to this kind of thing, look elsewhere. A/C barely... More

We stayed for last years Coachella Music and Arts Festival. This hotel was less than a mile away from our shuttle pick-up/drop-off point. It is inexpensive in comparison to the usual high rates at neighboring properties. Complimentary breakfast in the AM, outdoor pool, and exceptional service. Especially on a high business weekend like that. The rooms could be renovated, although... More

I spent 3 nights recently while attending a conference. The hotel is in a great location, short walking distance from downtown restaurants. The hotel is showing its age, but it is clean and the staff is very friendly. The Wi-Fi in the room worked well. The hotel does not have a business center where you can print your boarding passes,... This is a decent place to stay if your only staying a few nights. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were small and a bit old but they were clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast was great with plenty to eat including hot breakfast foods. Pretty good considering it was only 2 stars. The best thing... More

This older hotel is an excellent value and a short walking distance to the main shopping area downtown. It is a quiet location. There are two pools and a hot tub. One pool was over to one side and looked like it was not in use. The other pool and hot tub were in good shape. However, there are exterior... More
