- dirty pool, there seemed to be a problem with the filter. - air in the water pipes causes a lot of noise from the upstair neighbor when he opened the tap. - Internet sucks. - room wasn't really clean. - elevators are really small and have a "temporary" license (?). - signs warn that used paint can be bad... Just spent three nights here. The place is a bit worn on the exterior, but our room was fine. Rooms are pretty clean, although we did find a watch that a previous guest had lost that indicates that the cleaning staff are not completely thorough. Staff were very nice. The breakfast was adequate although the "scrambled eggs" were a bit... More

A nice oasis in the desert...Super Hot Tub & Pool . Rooms updated & very comfortable. No need to drive anywhere for meals or local shopping...The main street area is just 1 block north ! Actually, there were too many choices in the eating department..And if you havent had one , a must try is a DATE / WALNUT Milkshake... More

I was a bit anxious about some of the older comments but when arriving and saw the room, i thought i dont know what those people were talking about. Lovely clean, not outdated. Breakfast was good. Pool looked nice. My son, hubby and dad went in. A bit noisy at night. Group of people decided to stay up near pool... More

We arrived at the hotel mid day and it was hot. We asked for and got a first floor room with a pool view. The room was clean but dark and difficult to maneuver around from the bed, sink and shower area. Every time the small fridge was open, my husband could not get through to the bathroom and vice... We stayed here for 4th of July and despite it being a holiday, we still got a good deal. It's located half a block from downtown Palm Springs. They do include a hot breakfast with your stay, which was pretty tasty. They offered eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, juice, and the usually cereal. We didn't get to use the pool... More

Our room was pretty cheap but the quality was very good. The room was nice and clean and we had a view of the pool and mountains which was beautiful. Beds comfortable. The pool is quite big and my kids had a great time. The man at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast was well stocked. Overall we didn't... More

What a surprise to find this place -such amazing value, a block from all the downtown restaurants, a pool, and breakfast included. Our last night after a road trip for New Orleans back to LA and this was certainly the best value place we stayed at. It was clean, working aircon and roomy enough for us. Thoroughly recommend.

If you're going to Palm Springs with the sole intention of enjoying the downtown area....this hotel is perfect. IT's no frills, and relatively inexpensive, and clean. With that being said - if you're looking for a good pool to hang out at, this place is not it. The pool is dirty and old, and the kind of hotel cliente that... More

Chose this hotel for it's location and price. Just two blocks from downtown Palm Springs. . The Comfort Inn has a nice pool, jacuzzi and wading pool... a nice little breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffle, danish, toast, bagels and fruit available...For the gay traveler the location couldn't be better, it is one and a half blocks from Arenas street and...
