There's a lot to recommend: great locations, good size one-bedroom, great pool area, friendly and helpful staff. But: only 12 chaises for the entire pool area and they were old and cheap. Towels are rejects from Motel 6, small and rough. Lighting in room is poor and in need of an upgrade. For young travelers or families it's fine.. If... More

My husband and I have used time share points to stay at this property several times and have always found it to be very adequate for our needs. I was wondering if things had changed after reading the recent negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised to fidn they had not. We were in unit #133 an dit was very clean,... More

We have stayed in many good hotels in Palm Spring. The Marquis Villas is by far far the best. The condos are large and well appointed, the staff are great and very helpful and the location is the best. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants in down town. Oh...and the price is right. More

May 1993-the birthdate of the mattress on which my wife and I tried to sleep last night at the Marquis Villas. After several hours of fitfull sleep and getting nothing but sores, we dragged the mattress to the floor for some relief. In the morning, when placing the mattress back on the box, we discovered the manufacturer's tag with the... More

This hotel is very old, dirty and stinky. The rooms on the third floor where we stayed are the types of rooms you see in a “flea-bag” motel, except for the size. The carpets are old, ripped and stinky. The beds are swayed. The blankets are the poorest quality. The furniture must be 50 years old, and never cleaned. The... More

Despite a fairly drab exterior the Marquis Villas has a lot to offer on the inside. Wonderful service, massive self contained rooms, a fantastic location and excellent rates really make this a hard place to beat when in sunny Palm Springs. My two week stay was very pleasant and I will certainly return again next time I'm in town. More

We stayed 3 nights. The first night the room we were given was not good. Torn carpet, old beds, musty. There were no alternative rooms but the next day we were given a much nicer suite with a newer king sized bed and generally a big improvement. The pool and surrounding area is great, large size and clean with lots... More

I booked a 3 nite stay for 10/5-8/11. It was not a time share trade but a hotel stay. Once checked in I was told that my stay would not be treated as a hotel stay but like a timeshare stay in that no one would clean my room daily or make the bed. The only thing I would receive... More

While we understand that you may have booked differently than for an owner-stay, all of our properties and units follow the same housekeeping procedure regardless of the method the stay was booked. It is more efficient to maintain the same standards for all guests. We do regret you experienced issues finding chairs by the pool. During your stay, some chairs... More

This place is fantastic. The rooms are HUGE and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect & the price is cheap compared to any other 1 bedroom apartment i could find in Palm Springs. We were staying with 2 young children and the apartment was a great size for families. It does not have brand... More

We booked this place the day off, last minute, after cancelling our reservations at Aqua Soleil Resort due to the managers horrible attitude and rudeness about a misunderstanding of a spa credit. We got the room on expedia for only 109/night.. It ended up being 2 streets behind the strip.. so very very close to all and the place was... More
