I made reservations a few months in advance & had a great conversation with the owners. Very friendly. The lobby was very cool, mid-century & very inviting. They had fresh made cookies for guests. We were checked in quickly and found a very nice room. The hotel is older, but very clean & nicely decorated. I prefer places with character... More

Like stepping back in time this low rise, small size hotel couldn't be better located for a trip to Palm Springs. The rooms are tasteful reproductions of 50's style and roomy and the kitchenette we had was a handy addition. The rooms surround a pool which feels oasis like as you look out at the palm trees and cliff behind... More

Stayed one night in the one bedroom suite. Many properties in season make you book two nights so this was convenient to book one night. Basic accommodations for some rest and a shower. Bed comfy and suite was much larger than needed for a night. The appeal was the walking distance to the nightlife in town. Enjoying relaxing on the... More

Have been visiting Chase for 10 years now and each time my stay is so rejuvenating. From the minute you check into the lovely lobby to entering your clean, spacious room you will start to feel relaxed and "on vacation"! Great breakfast avail every morning, homemade cookies every afternoon. This is not a loud, party filled resort. The pool area... More

Like something out of a "Mad Men" set every detail is lovely and perfect. All the rooms surround the central pool which is beautifully landscaped; most have small kitchens. A simple continental breakfast is provided. But the best part was that you could park in the hotel lot and walk to all the restaurants and shops, and the Palm Springs... More

Pleasantly surprised. Large rooms with kitchen . Heated pool that was well maintained . One block from the heart of everything. Shops, restaurants, etcetera. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast and chocolate chip cookies. Michael and Carl were great. Friendly guests. We'll be back!

This is the second and last time we have/will stay here. We were here in May with our entire family and my wife and I returned for a weekend in September. The problem is not the hotel. The rooms are clean. They have a fifties vibe which, while not our favorite, is still fun. The problem is the guests and,... More

Great place but beware of summer rooms, esp. on weekends - mobs of families can come, disrupting the otherwise lowkey, California moderne vibe. Well priced and very helpful service, though...weekdays better than weekends, so be forewarned. courteous and helpful staff, convenient. to Palm Canyon Drive and elsewhere. Nice library in main area and good books in room, too, which is... More

What a great Hotel. my friends have been staying here for years. We finally joined them and we were not disappointed! A nostalgic hotel in the heart of Palm Springs. Walk to restaurants, shopping. Love the saline pool. The staff is super courteous ! Morning continental breakfast is an added perc and is included in the room rate. At 5:00... More
