What a great Hotel. my friends have been staying here for years. We finally joined them and we were not disappointed! A nostalgic hotel in the heart of Palm Springs. Walk to restaurants, shopping. Love the saline pool. The staff is super courteous ! Morning continental breakfast is an added perc and is included in the room rate. At 5:00... More

A very unique and interesting small hotel within a few steps from the center of Palm Springs. The highlight of our room was a delightful walk-in/step-down shower/bath. Not all rooms have the same amenities. Very friendly and attentive staff, wonderful pool and continental breakfast. Highly recommended.

My family stayed here for 2 days during vacation. The room was very spacious and felt more like an apartment. Very clean and had a small kitchen with plates and silverware provided. Great balcony view of the pool. The pool area was great and loved the landscaping of the entire hotel. Nice little hotel right off palm canyon drive and... More

We booked 3 days: Wednesday thru Saturday and the first 2 days were great! On Friday a very large, very noisy extended family arrived...am sure they all had a great time: eating in the pool, drinking beer in the pool, and basically making it impossible for the rest of the paying guests to enjoy any outside/pool time. The hotel did... More

2nd stay at the Chase. Loved it so much the first time (2 years ago) decided to return. This time disappointing. Stayed in room 105 again but it now smells very musty. Room & bathroom adequate but could use updating (the toilet can run constantly unless you fiddle with the flush). No hairdryer but you get one if you ask... More

My husband and I escaped for a weekend to Palm Springs. While we love going to PS we thought we would try a different hotel. The Chase was disappointing and left us less than pleased. The lobby is impressive and we had high expectations. When we got to our room it felt old, tired, sluggish and in desperate need of... More

This is a great mid century retreat. Great location by town. museum, street fair and restaurants . Nice helpful owners.I will stay here again. The price was great for the location and pool. Also, a very laid back vibe and great grounds. Feels spacious compared to the other inns.

We spent our 32nd Anniversary at the Chase Hotel. It was our first visit there. The location is ideal as it is only one block off Palm Canyon right at the center of town. We were able to walk to everything. The prices were quite reasonable and everyone is so welcoming and friendly even the other guests (who come back... More

Recently my husband and i sneaked away for a mini vacation to Palm Springs for 2 nights. We were thinking of trying a new place but decided to stay at The Chase again. This was our 5th or 6th stay at The Chase and we have always been happy there and this time was no exception. From check in to... More

I've been meaning to write a review on our stay in The Chase for quite some time following our stay last September. My partner and I spent three weeks touring the US south west staying in nine locations in total. We enjoyed all of our stays but The Chase will live long in our memory for its friendly staff and...
