Very Palm Springs! Retro, cool, hipster, fun, laid-back. Loved the lobby area, loved the pool area. They even had good books in the lending library! Friendly staff, too. I really enjoyed everything. Can't wait to go back.

We are traveling from coast to coast, stopped in Palm Springs for a day of hiking, stretching, walking about, going to Sherman's. The hotel suite at the Chase is excellent...its really a small apartment with living room, king bed, real kitchen and bathroom. TVs in both Living room and bedroom. Big saline heated pool and a trail up to the...

Great location, nice pool, nice complimentary continental breakfast and lovely cookies. Rooms were a good size, and kitchenette was very useful. Use of Laundry room was also great. The room stock was a little tired. Wifi didn't reach our room, but happy to sit in reception. So in all - good value for money. However, the nagging thought in the...

Charming mid-century modern hotel right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Couldn't ask for a better location near the bars, restaurants, and shops. Courtyard is beautiful. The staff is terrific (thanks, Rick!) and housekeeping did a superb job. We had a King room with Kitchenette; having a fridge and microwave was definitely good for dealing with left-overs. It was...

What a lovely little hotel! Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, very easy place to relax and quickly feel "at home".
In a different setting it might be possible to complain about the retro bathroom with original pink tiles and very narrow shower door. The kitchen too is tiny - a 2 burner hot plate, exactly 2 of each piece...

Second year to PS and first time to The Chase Hotel. I have tried a few times to type a long winded kudo. Forget it! This place is AWESOME! Location, staff, cookies, brekky, rooms, great place, great people. The pictures on the website are real! We were 3 couples that stayed for a week Oct 15th on, and we all...

When guests book their next stays while checking out the hotel must be doing something right! It could be the nightly fresh baked cookies or the piled high bowls of fruit in the sunny lobby with its '50s HGTV decor, or the free Wi-Fi and daily papers. Perhaps it's the always comfortable saltwater pool, or the bagels and berries and...

Our fourth visit to this little gem had us just as enamoured as the previous ones. We continue to love the warm, family atmosphere here. Specifically, Rick, is so good at what he does - making each guest feel welcomed and continuing to connect new people who arrive with the old repeat visitors. There is a charm about this place...
