We had the pleasure of staying at the sahuaro for a night on our way to LA. The rooms are great and the beds are comfortable but it's the staff that makes this place!!! Tyler was so helpful with everything we needed! Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!!!

The colors in the room were a little too striking in general the hotel was fine. Free wifi is always good. The only problems were all the hidden charnges; you never end up paying what you thought you were going to pay. Resort Fee, late check out be careful its $35 dollars but they charge you for another day worth... More

I spend a lot of time in Palm Springs and had visited this hotel many times for lunch, although not stayed there until now. Spotted a ridiculous cheap deal online so took the plunge. The hotel is on the South side of the city, a short drive or bus ride from the downtown area. There are restaurants and a grocery... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in October for a friends birthday party. The hotel is fun and very colorful and has a clientele that is quite young. The hotels bright colors are also present throughout all the rooms which are clean, very functional, nice big bathrooms, and a mid century modern style decor that is ever so present in Palm... More

The two of us stayed the one night on the 10th June, this was our second night in the USA and the hotel was booked for us by Eaglerider as part of our motorcycle tour. Arrived hot and bothered desperate for a shower and cool room, our room was on the ground floor which enabled us to unload the bikes... More

The hotel has a fun, young vibrant feel to it. Despite that the rooms aren't that great. They are decent but do have a 3 star feel to it. That would be fine but the hotel charges a 4 star price. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Pool scene is active.

We travel between our Arizona home and Santa Barbara rental quite often and wanted a place near half-way to break up the drive that would also accommodate our Labradoodle. We discovered the Saguaro Palm Springs last year and have stayed there several times since. The staff is great, service excellent and the rooms although small are quite comfortable. We have... More

I had originally booked the Ace Hotel, but my reservation was cancelled as they had a problem with their pool so I quickly re booked the Saguaro. I stayed here in October 2013 and have only just realised I didn't write a review. I feel like I should because it was great! The service was fantastic, when we checked in,... More

My family and I stayed at the Saguaro Palm Springs over the 4th of July. We were staying at another hotel in the downtown area and just were not happy, we called the Saguaro and they were able to accommodate us. THANK GOD because my kids were not happy. The Saguaro staff was inviting, professional, and welcoming. The pool staff... More

Tried the hotel out with young kids, we spent a lot of time at the pool - it was very inexpensive, it was clean and the kids loved the bright and cheery atmosphere. I liked parking my car very close to the room, which was also close to the pool area so everything was convenient. This is not a high... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
To know Palm Springs is to love it. Whether you come for the sun, the spas or the style, there's an undeniable lure to this oasis of desert modernity in the Coachella Valley. Now, there's a new place to lay your head while soaking it all up. The Saguaro opened in February 2012, bringing with it a new sense of design, food and comfort. If you ever needed another reason to escape, you have one now. Guests enjoy our resort style amenities including our pool, fine dining, fitness, yoga and spa services. Guestrooms & Suites: Bright. Light. Colorful. The rooms at the Saguaro immerse you in the desert resort experience that is Palm Springs. Choose your view - mountain, garden courtyard with pool, or city lights. Nearly every room has a balcony or patio and is accented inside and out by the brilliant color of a native Mojave wildflower, creating a visual spectrum of light throughout the grounds. No one perspective is the same. Guestroom Amenities• Hotel and rooms renovated February 2012• Flat screen, 42" HDTVs• Views of surrounding mountains, courtyard and city (select rooms)• Outdoor patios or step out balconies • Large work desks• Stereo with iPod docking station• On-demand movies and music. Services & Amenities: There are certain standards by which a visit to Palm Springs is judged, such as pool time and the scenery that goes with it, the quality of architecture and design, and perhaps most importantly, the ability to enjoy the desert landscape and air, preferably with cocktail in hand. By all accounts, the Saguaro has you more than covered. Hotel Services• Pet-friendly• Secure self parking*• Laundry and dry cleaning service• Wireless Internet Access*• Daily yoga*• Complimentary local transportation**included in daily resort fee of $18.00 USD per night. Meetings & Events: In the 1920s, Hollywood stars began decamping to Palm Springs to relax, party and rejuvenate. You can imagine more than a few screenplays were pitched around the pool. Today Palm Springs is a destination for meetings and events more than ever, seducing planners with 350 days of sunshine a year and abundant golf, shopping and desert curiosities. The Saguaro features several flexible event space options and is ready to host your event, whether it's hosted in our garden courtyard, in a private dining room or around the pool. ... more   less
