We are currently checked into this hotel. While the location is okay as it is close to the downtown area, the room does not live up to the standard as placed on the website. The set-up of the cabana room that we are in is great; however, the room itself is extremely dated and needs a major renovation, or at... More

We just returned from spending 4 nights at the Hyatt Regency Suites in Palm Springs, what a great hotel! We had a King Suite with a view of the main street in Palm Springs & it was wonderful! King Suite was exactly as pictured, clean & very well decorated. Bed was comfy which is always nice while traveling. Pool area... More

Although having a great location, this hotel has no charm and it's not cheap. The pool area sucks and the hotel has a conventioneer atmosphere. I don't recommend this for anything except spending the night. It's like bad Vegas. More

It was disheartening to read that you were disappointed with our hotel. I always encourage guests to check out our website as we have several pictures of the hotel to give the guest a good idea of what our hotel has to offer. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our property and for giving us... More

As we were driving down Rt. 111 towards Palm Springs, we called the hotel to get directions. The front desk person could not give directions to the hotel. When we finally arrived, we were just a couple of miles down the road. We arrived and the valet (Jorge) was helpful and courteous. At the front desk, Joanne Lynn was very... More

My sincere apologies to you for the miscommunication you received from the front desk. Our indoor restaurant is open for breakfast and we serve lunch and dinner in our outdoor cafe or the lounge. This is great feedback as we will use this as a training tool so that another guest does not have the same experience. Many thanks for... More

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a few weeks ago. The suite was a treat. Gym is decent. Bar and pool area are nice (my one quibble: the hot tub was not as clean as I'd like). More

Started out with a lost reservation made by our T agent. Cristian fixed very quickly so we could start our first stay in Palm Springs. Central location, great pool area and super friendly staff. As well, Ronald told us they would comp Fedex our art work home for us. Amazing! We are coming back. More

There is a hotel in Las Vegas that I go to over and over again....it's not on the strip....and it's my favorite place because the staff is outstanding. Our goal is to provide great service to every guest so that they too want to come back again and again! Every hotel has a nice bed, a pool, etc...it's all about... More

Went up to Palm Springs for a bachelor party weekend. Had two suites at the Hyatt. Rooms were large, clean, and had nice decor. Front desk staff was nice and knowledgeable and were able to get our rooms ready early. Pool was small but the area and vibe was nice. 3 bars on property and the inside bar serves Stone... More

One of our biggest challenges is getting our early arrival guests into their suites before 4pm - especially on Saturdays as our in-house guests don't want to leave...and the arriving guests come early! We certainly do everything we can to accommodate and I'm so happy we were able to get you in early! Thanks for staying with us and come... More

The location of the Hyatt in Palm Springs really cannot be beaten. It's a short (like 3 or 4 minute) walk from LG's, Falls, Matchbox, Chophouse etc which are all in the main little area of Palm Springs, so although we had a car, we really only used it once when we went exploring/shopping out to Palm Desert etc. Hotel... Thank you very much for writing this wonderful article on our hotel! I certainly know that everyone has their own decorating taste and that we are not going to appeal to everyone (I guess that's why we post pictures of our hotel on our website) but I agree with you...we have a very cool, hip, fun hotel in downtown Palm... We had the best weekend a family could ask for. The Hyatt Palm Springs made a relaxing 30th Wedding Anniversary very special. We were very lucky to have booked two nights with the Hyatt through Jetsetter and we were very pleased. The property has been totally redone and nothing is left overlooked. The hotel is very clean, calm, relaxing, modern... More

I had a prepaid reservation at this hotel. When I checked in, I was charged an extra $15 a day for a "resort fee". I declined to pay... I asked for a refund... but none of these was possible, and they were nasty in their replies. Now, before you say I'm a real cheapskate, it's not about the money, and... More

It certainly is not our intention to deceive any guest. We clearly explain all of our charges on our website and our central reservations department always explains the resort fee and parking charges. The additional charges are also on the e-mail confirmation that you recieve via e-mail. However, if you made your reservation on Priceline or Hotwire, then these charges... More
