Pros: service is always great from front desk to restaurant. Michelle Montgomery's service was outstanding. In the restaurant, Pedro, Jose and all the original servers always make us feel welcome. Cabaña rooms are the best. You can enter without having to go through front desk. Cons: the music in the pool area is very loud. I use to read my... More

Stayed here for our kids spring break week. It was also the week of the Coachella concerts and had the best time regardless of the crowd which added to the fun and enjoyment of being in Palm Springs. We stayed in a room overlooking the city and was able to enjoy the music from the free concert being played at... More

Everything about this hotel is nice. It is a bit pricey though. The lobby is well laid out. each of the rooms is very roomy and most have a nice balcony so you don't have to mingle if you don't feel like it. The two rooms let you wander about and not feel like you have to be in the... More

This is our first time stay here during the Coachella weekend... and we're very happy with our choice. We got the cabana suite with good price and were absolutely happy with our find. The room has a separate living room opening to the cabana. It is well decorated with minimalist modern style. The ground is well kept and very modern.... More

As soon as we checked the front desk representative was very friendly and accommodating. She gave us a free room upgrade and drink tickets since our room was not ready at exactly 4 o'clock. It is the first time we stayed at the Hyatt in Palm Springs but compared to the other five hotels we have stayed in town, it... More

Loved this hotel. Modern and trendy. We had a cabana which opened out directly onto the pool area. Fab seating and lighting. Fire pits gave it a relaxing and luxurious feel. Even though kids are welcome there's not a great deal for them. Ie kids pool. That would be my only neg comment. I will definitely be returning here. Nice... More

We stayed at this hotel last year and decided to return for another trip to Palm Springs and again we had a great stay . We arrived well before check in time and had put in a request for a room at the back overlooking the pool, this wasn't ready but was offered a larger room on the 5th floor... More

Spent a few days here in late March. Good sized suite with balcony, comfortable living room room area, good downtown location with easy walks to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed a few in-house meals, very fresh and creative! The pool, deck and spa area were relaxing. Staff we encountered were very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs. My room was very clean and nicely appointed, with separate sleeping and sitting areas, separated by a generous bath room and bar (with refrigerator), and balcony. The layout is well suited to family or friends staying together in one room. I asked for a room with a view of the mountain,... More

At our location all rooms have a great view of the mountains, pool or downtown Palm Springs. As an all suite hotel, our rooms have plenty of space for one or the whole family.
