I have stayed at the Hyatt Palm Springs several times now and have enjoyed each visit. This hotel is my "go to" when I want a larger hotel experience in downtown Palm Springs. There are a few boutique hotels I enjoy also, as well as some in Indian Wells.. however if you want a good size hotel with nice grounds... More

Kristina D, Thank you for the excellent review. Our hotel is perfect for families due to our large guest suites. We are close to all of the great shopping in downtown Palm Springs. Or you can use our shuttle to go anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. This is perfect for those crazy girls outings on the weekends! -Josh More

Despite being a Hyatt Gold passport member and asking the concierge to pre-arrange some things, nothing was done. In fact, the hotel couldn't find any advance communication at all. They ran out of bathrobes, room turn down service was missed on one of our two nights, an order for tea to be delivered to the room went undone. It really... More

Kiltboys, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the missed communication. We pride ourselves on excellent service, but we defiantly did not live up to this standard for your stay. We do hope you will stay with us again and provide us an opportunity to prove this last stay of your was an aberration. -Josh More

Sadly this "other" Hyatt in the Palm Springs area is in decline. My room was large and clean but the toilet didn't flush properly, the bathroom sink didn't drain well, the shower sprayed on the floor because the shower head was defective. The clock radio didn't have an AC adapter so it was a dinosaur from days past....just like this... More

Dutypaid13, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. To be honest, this is not the typical feedback we receive. This is an older property, but management and ownership are committed to improving the hotel. Several improvements have been made over the past 6 months. We plan to improve even more guest offerings in the near future.... More

Suites are very large. We faced the street and even with St. Patrick's Day events happening right outside across the street we heard virtually nothing. No need to pay for $25/day valet parking. Plenty of free parking right outside. Tons of places to eat within a couple blocks, particularly south. Hotel has been remodelled but quality is poor. Very fast... More

NickPop, Thank you for the review. We are in the best location in Palm Springs. Close to great restaurants, shopping and even the casino. We are also the only all suite property in downtown Palm Springs. We are currently working to upgrade many guest amenities. Including HD TV service, the pool experience and a host of other improvements. We do... More

The Hotel Location is excellent for staying in Palm Springs since you are on the main drag. (Excuse the pun here if you know Palm Springs!) The Art Gallery is directly behind the Hotel worth a visit. Very well laid out nice pool area and get seating. Elegant little fires at night to sit around. The Room We paid extra... More

TamaraB52, Thank you for the great review. The rooms with the mountain views are my favorite too. Sunset is just spectacular. But if you don't have a mountain view suite you can watch the sun set behind the mountains from the comfort of one of our poolside lounge chairs. The city-view suits have a charm all their own, especially the... More

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had working with a hotel. I was booking the hotel on behalf of someone else who had last minute changes so I was doing everything over the phone. The traveler needed a day room that turned into a longer stay but still not over night - I could not believe... More

Best Location by far: This was a Spring Break getaway for us. We had been to Palm Springs a few years ago for the Tennis but this time we wanted to Visit downtown Palm Springs. The Hyatt by far has the best locations. You can walk out the door to the main street of all the Restaurants, Bars and shops.... More

Rick-Rozzi, Thank for the excellent and detailed review. Our hotel is just a short walk from all of downtown Palm Springs hot spots. If you prefer, we have beachcomber bicycles for guest use as well. I too like to run in the neighborhood just north of the hotel. The houses are very cool and set next to the mountains; which... More

First time in Palm Springs so I wasn't aware of a few things. All around the town itself are a series of gorgeous resorts- huge pools, spas, grounds, etc. The Hyatt is no cheaper than any of these resorts, but has none of those amenities. And the reason for that is that you walk out the door and you are... More

nb424, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are the only ALL SUITE property in downtown Palm Springs. We have very large rooms with great views all around. We are working on improving the already great pool experience for our guests. We do hope you will return this summer and experience our improvement firsthand. -Josh More

The Hyatt Palm Springs is a solid choice for that long weekend getaway to this desert oasis. The absolute best thing about this place is its prime location ... simply can't be beat. You're walking distance to all the great restaurants, bistros, bars, shops, coffee houses of Old Palm Springs. If you're there on a Thu evening, you'll be right... More

TravelusMaximus, Great Tripadvisor handle! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with such an excellent review. Our hotel is in the perfect spot to explore downtown Palm Springs.
