I can't begin to describe how wonderful, relaxing, peaceful . . . our stay at Korakia was, but I'll try. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like guests in a wealthy friends private villa. And that's saying something, since we have no wealthy friends with private villas. The women working at Korakia are wonderful. They are sweet, kind,... More

I can't believe I am just now learning about the Korakia. Nestled right in front of the mountains, in the residential area of downtown palm springs in a Mediterranean oasis if I ever knew one! The staff was amazing, the hotel and grounds are amazing. The entire experience and even the people we met = simply amazing. We stayed on... More

Korakia is like a Moroccan Oasis. Every detail is thoughtful and tasteful. The furnishings are somewhat rustic, but authentic, which I loved. It is the opposite of the usual corporate blandness that one finds at the big chain hotels in Palm Springs. The breakfast in the courtyard is a dream. There is a library! How wonderful. There are 2 pools,... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Bedouin Suite back in January and left hoping to try to come back at least once a month. We live in LA and it was such a departure from our day to day, it allowed us to look away from our phones, swim at midnight and sleep until noon. Im taking my sister... More

My friend and I just returned from a three-night stay here, and while we're happy to be home (kind of), we feel like we've left our hearts at Korakia! What an amazing experience we had here. Korakia provided a relaxing and blissful retreat from our city lives. There's no way photos and endless adjectives can do Korakia justice. The grounds... More

My husband and I just spent 3 days at Korakia between the Coachella weekends. I used Trip Advisor feedback to make a booking as Korakia got such great reviews. In the future I will be much more careful about how I read the reviews. I agree with all the comments that this is a special place with a peaceful ambience.... More

Thank you so much for your review. I want to personally apologize for your bad experience. We take any sort of review very seriously especially when a guest is left with such a bad impression of our hotel. As you can see from our other reviews Korakia is a very special place and we treat it as that. Unfortunately, during... More

My fiancee and I stayed here for three days and two nights in the Santorini Room in March of 2014. We loved it! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and there was an awesome sunken stone tub in our bathroom. Each night they provided a turn down service, complete with flowers and chocolate on a little plate on... More

We were married in Palm Springs and after touring Korakia years before I knew this was where I wanted to stay. We had the Naish House for two nights and it was absolutely magical. Korakia is actually a collection of small cottages and homes clustered around the main house, and they have kept the artist vibe from the days when... More

third or fourth visit here.... It is a wonderful compound Very low key, two pools, massage available and evening outdoor classic movies. If you are looking for a big spa, TVs, phones in your rooms, a business center or 24 hour room service this is not for you. They finally broke down and provided free wifi. Everybody leaves everyone alone... More

I had been wanting to stay at Korakia Pensione for years and finally a birthday wish came true! You walk through the authentic doorway to the lobby or side walkway and you are enveloped and captured by the ambiance and architecture. Literally transported to another place/another time. Stayed on the Moroccan side in the Adobe Room for two nights mid-week.... More
