My husband and I ventured to the desert to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had heard amazing things about Korakia and wanted to check it out. It is as beautiful as all of the reviews and photos describe. We stayed in the Casablanca Studio, a warm, bright and rustic room with a kitchenette above the library area. We faced the... More

We stayed here without knowing anything about this place, but, it is a gem! No television, but Wi-Fi that will take care of any personal devices. It's grounds are kept almost to a serene peaceful Namaste. Yoga mats are in the room and so is a turn table with records. Complimentary breakfast is egg's and bacon cooked for you. I... More

This is the second time I have stayed at the Korakia. The first time I stayed on the Moroccan side and the second the Mediterranean. Both are equally stunning! The grounds transport you to another country. The pools are small but very refreshing. This time it was 115 degrees out and while my friend and I were there the staff... More

Korakia Pensione is a diamond in the rough. really unlike any place I have stayedin Palm Springs. Quiet and Serene you will have to remind yourself that you are not in Morocco but in Southern California. Wonderful place to have a romantic weekend. The grounds are really beautiful. You can tell the owners and staff take a lot of pride... More

This was my second trip to Korakia -- this time with my boyfriend. It's the perfect little escape from LA. The rooms are nicely appointed, the grounds are lush, the pools are refreshing, the breakfasts delicious. Everyone -- staff and guests alike -- were very positive and easy going. I can't wait to return...

Palm Springs has never been at the top of my "quick escape from LA" list. I've typically chosen Terranea in Palos Verdes, or headed up to Ojai or Santa Barbara. Well, thanks to Korakia, I'm now a Palm Springs devotee. Korakia is centrally located. It sits a few streets back from Indian Canyon Drive and it's right around the corner... More

Korakia is serene and peaceful and not pretentious. We went to Korakia for my husbands birthday and were not disappointed. The weather was almost too hot but our room was nice and cool. The pool area was quiet even though all the chairs were occupied. The FREE breakfast they serve in the mornings was delicious. We'll definitely be taking another... More

This is my second stay at Korakia, and my group's fifteenth. This is the most charming, unique and relaxing little property in Southern California. Korakia provides the ultimate relaxation -- quiet poolside luxury in their intimate, vine-covered courtyards. Complimentary homemade breakfast each morning is an absolute treat, with a very kind and accommodating staff, and selection of one-of-a-kind rooms that... More

My stay at Korakia really exceeded my expectations. When I first walked in, I was a little shocked by the whole thing - no music by the pool, no televisions or phones in the rooms, the rooms were cave-style rooms, I wasn't sure I could last! But after a couple hours, I completely checked out and it felt amazing. The... More

Loved our stay. 3 nights of peace and quiet before 2nd child mayhem ensues. No frills, but outstanding and accommodating service. Our first time staying after multiple recs from friends. The rustic old world charm transported us back to the old country. We lounged by the pool, slept in, played Bocce ball, rode the free bikes to town for dinner,... More
