I stay at the Ingleside Inn often (4-8 times a year). I find the Ingleside a warm and friendly stop on trips to the Los Angeles area. The Ingleside's buildings are old, but well maintained. The atmosphere harkens back to an earlier time in southern California. Melvyn's restarant has both current and older style meals. The restaurant bar area still... More

We've been to California many times, but never to Palm Springs before. The stay at Ingleside Inn made it a very special experience. This is a wonderful hotel, beautifully landscaped and full of charm. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was The Princess - beautiful and luxurious feeling with its own private patio and updated amenities such... More

We go to Palm Springs every year and this was the best place we've ever stayed. The rooms were very nice and clean. The grounds were beautiful and Jose and Hal did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be going back here next year.

Ok first of all I have to comment on the previous review. I did not find one bad thing about Ingleside. That person made it sound like it was the hotel's fault the electricity had gone out! We had a wonderful room that did not look shabby or old at all! It was very clean and smelled wonderful! Our room... More

My husband and I arrived at this place last Friday night. We were on our way back from Scottsdale from the fabulous Four Seasons hotel after a week and decided to finish off our vacation in PS as had a show to go to at the casino in Indio. We are both well traveled and have stayed all over the... More

In regard to this review: the guests were kind enough to comment on how lovely the property and room was prior to the Southern California Edison power outage. Our summer rates are $65.00 to $187.00 per nite, not $300 as indicated (mini-suites were $130.00 at that time). Needless to say, because of the situation we did not charge the guest... More

My husband and I just returned from a week end stay at the Ingleside Inn. We booked because of the great reviews on Tripadvisors. and we we're not disappointed! We loved the cozy intimate feel of this 30 room inn that harks back to a slower time. We'd upgraded our room and had a setting area, king bed,and upgraded bath. The room... More

It was a pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel; upon arrival I was welcomed by the wonderful woman, Karen, and she was happy to attend to all my needs. Her services were much appreciated. Along with her colleagues, she looked after all other guests staying there in a warm and welcoming fashion. The room was perfect for my needs, the... More

This is a great place to stay. What i liked was the character, the service, and the quiet location. There are a lot of regular guests for good reason. Everyone I spoke with at the pool including myself, all agreed that we want to stay there again. Not only are the staff here very nice but the guests were equally... More

My husband and I just had a great stay at the Ingleside. Charming, warm, romantic, storied. It really is dripping with Old Hollywood/Old California charm, just as the reviews say. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Karen at the front desk was so kind and friendly, as was all the staff, most of whom have worked there for 20 plus... More
