The resort is very well maintained. Furniture, bedding, carpeting all in good condition. Rumor is updates going on thru the complex that will change out the cabinets, counters and appliances to updated versions. Different layout than alot of condos...and a very nice difference. more

We found 3 cockroaches on our patio the first night. We called the front desk and had them spray the next day, but more still came back the next night. Found many spiders and webs on the patio furniture. more

Living space is plentiful. Has great kitchen amenities and convenient stackable washer/dryer. Very comfortable bed, and nice bedroom and bathroom layout and accessibility. We stayed right next to the large family pools and cabana, not noisy at all. Grounds are kept beautifully manicured, very personable employees throughout the complex, convenient mini store on-site. Our villa was very roomy, the best was having a washer and dryer in our villa. We were able to pack light. The villa was quiet and had fun at the Palmeras pool. We have always had a great experience at the Desert Springs Villas. more

Traded for our stay through Interval. We traded a 2 bedroom but was only able to trade for a one bedroom because that is all that was available.The property is very pretty. The space was huge - we had a two room suite and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room to spread out.
