I said good morning to a woman that I was passing by while walking my dog. She stopped and said that it was one of the biggest reason she liked the Palm Springs RV Resort because everyone is so friendly and she doesn't get that all the time elsewhere. She is absolutely right, the employees and the visitors are always... More

After purchasing our new 2015 coach, we decided to redeem the free gift of a 1 year membership to Thousand Trails. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in Palm Springs and found the campsite to be well maintained with lots of friendly folks. Having a 2015 Bright Red Winnebago travel trailer seemed to catch the eye of other guests... More

Grounds unkept except for the entrance to the resort. Need gravel to keep dust down at campsites. Lodges need renovation/cleaning. Very friendly staff and entrance was always well staffed and opened gates expediately. Need a dog running area and also the outside of the washroom areas need landscaping.

We have never camped here as Palm Springs has never been a favorite place to visit for us. My aunt moved out to Cabazon and so to share Christmas with her, we decided to camp at the resort and invite them over. Wow, what a nice place! It was well kept, the people were AMAZINGLY NICE and friendly, and although... More

Lovely, well-appointed park. EXCEPT, even though they just had a grand re-opening, the dog park is currently closed and missing a back fence. Would love to stay here again, but won't until/unless the dog park is fixed. Oh, and we were told by staff and other campers at least 10 times to make sure we locked up our bikes. The... More

The staff & campers are friendly. The sites are tight and some are filled with burrs. (watch out doggies) On Saturday, we spent most of the day at Joshua Tree National Park. This campground is a good base camp for exploring the area. The freeway is close to the campground. Also, I heard a train going by during the day... More

This park is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There was just one problem...We had a $3000 bicycle stolen and were told by the staff that it happens all the time. That people come in the park all the time and a teal grills, bikes and other belongings. We have been full time RVers for 7 years... More

The staff at the Palm Springs Thousand Trails RV Resort is great. We received a warm welcome and nice information packet and orientation. While moving a large rig around in parts of the park was tight, once parked, we found the full hookup site satisfactory. Security is good at the park with a gated entry that is staffed from early... This was just an overnight stop for us, but we judged Palm Springs TT to be one of the nicest. I did use the restroom and found them perfectly clean and well stocked. Parking in the campsite at night is usually a challenge for me, but the pull through was very easy.

We arrived without a reservation, having just seen the highway sign after dark,=. We were warmly welcomed, and the night ranger on duty went out of he way to be helpful, and checking to see that we got settled properly. We left the next day with a warm feeling about the place. It was pretty with all the tall date... More
