Thank you Groupon and thank you Mojave! My kids and I were just at the tail end of our Cali trip (before heading up to Utah), and we arrived late in the evening from LA and although it was dark, I felt as if I had arrived at a lovely tropical resort. The cool mid-century and understated vibe was just... More

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway from home, before going back to work. We love palm springs but wanted something alittle more slow pace and within our budget. I scrolled thru the internet and found and read the reviews and their rates were Perfect, so we took a chance. Wow, we found our Heaven of Relaxation. Everything of... More

This is a cute little trip into the past. For the price it's hard to beat. We had a suite with a doable kitchenette that probably dated back to the fifties. They gave us more kitchen stuff upon request. They did have a sparse breakfast. At this price we cooked our own omelet and drank a cup of their coffee.... More

We stayed for three nights & will definitely return again! This little place is like stepping back in time. It has been totally remodeled & is really clean! The small kitchen is perfect for making small meals or snacks. The pool is clean & the water is warm. This is not a party place so if privacy is important, don't... More

Mojave Resort was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted an inexpensive place to stay that was walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Palm Desert. It's not fancy but they have a nice pool area and a simple breakfast in the mornings. The style and decor is very mid-century modern, appropriate for the desert. I stayed in... More

Boutique hotel, one story - very clean and quiet, hidden in a quiet neighborhood yet a couple blocks from shopping. Nice continental breakfast. Pool was great, goes from shallow to deep. Staff is very nice. Very reminiscent of bungalows in Key West, Florida! Bed was great, 1950's style but updated. We will stay there again, it beats a big fancy... More

This place is a real gem. It's a shame that we are not having a bit longer to make more use of the pool and setting. It's very nice, clean, well-tended and is really peaceful. The staff are welcoming. We are a family of four and had a room with two double beds. The room was clean and we found... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights during the week. It was very clean and very peaceful. I'm assuming it is busier on the weekend. We were able to have the pool pretty much to ourselves. The beds were comfortable. It is a great deal for the price. I would go there again for a relaxing getaway.

This updated classic motel in downtown Palm Desert just off the main street has loads of personality. Beautiful inner courtyard with pool and nice landscaping. Easy parking along the outside. It's a little quirky though. The bathrooms are pretty old school. The kitchenette was just functional. The furnishings were unique, we had a rock base lamp and cute chair and... More
