My friends and I spent a weekend here during Memorial Day weekend 2014. I found a good rate through Groupon. Although Groupon told me that I was able to use the coupon on the holiday, I was told by the front desk staff that they would make an exception since I was checking out on Sunday. I made my reservation... More

Staff were very personable and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here and were completely satisfied with the amenities. The hot tub was one of the best I had ever used. Rooms were satisfactory for the rates, clean and very roomy. Use of the BBQ was really a plus which we enjoyed using quite a bit. Location was perfect in... More

Booked a last minute room at Inn at Deep Canyon. Was not impressed with website but was pleasantly surprised by room and property. Room was clean, nice bedding and new TV. Wireless was sketchy so if you are looking for dependable internet do talk to the front desk during check in. My room was a corner room and lost internet... More

Considering the rates, this place should offer more than it does - but I guess they can charge what they like during coachella because people are definitely willing to pay for a room and not camp! The pool is by far the best part of this hotel and it's well maintained and nice to swim in, and there's ample room... More

Very well kept grounds, private pool and jacuzzi. The staff was very nice and helpful. A little old, probably needs some updating, but very clean. My biggest complaint would be the noise from my neighbor's adjoining room. There needs to be sound proofing =/ All in all, I enjoyed my visit here.

It's really a 3.5 star property. Not a place for a family ... It's perfect for single dude wanting a bargain on rates. Pros: nice, clean and quiet. Nice pool. Nice new Samsung TV .... But the bathroom was equipped with soap/shampoo dispenser that you'd see in an auto-body shop (not the end of the world) Cons: the place is... More

I booked a two night stay at the Inn for the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. The plus: it is a great location and not your standard Corporate box. That said it really has more cons. The parking lot is a real challenge to get into and while extensive, fills quickly. Luckily there is street parking. My first room was on... More

Terrible experience here at the Inn at Deep Canyon. The property is outdated, old and has extremely bad smells in the bathroom areas of the rooms. It is also set up with back doors to the rooms that open up out to a main street that isn't very safe. When I voiced my concerns about this I was told I... More

This is an older property, probably from the 60's or so and it shows a bit around the edges, that being said, the rooms are large and comfortable and well appointed. The small staff is friendly and happy to help in any way. The pool and spa are small but neat and cozy like the rest of this place. I... More

I've stayed here before and liked the fact that it was off the main drag. We decided to return with a large group for a retirement party. Unfortunately, our guest of honor received an emergency phone call on the day we were due to arrive. I called and explained the circumstances and was told that we would be given 1/2... More
