been to Pala's italian restaruant 9 times; love it. Well worth the price; about the same as their 'regular" restaurant. Done get Fernando as a waiter; he'll ruin your experience.

The front desk personels do not know what they are doing. We had the worst experience ever with this hotel. They overcharged us for an exta night's stay and there was a confusion regarding how many rooms we checked the first evening we arrived. Also phone transfer were constantly misdirected. I will never go back to this casino/hotel again!!
