As others have noted, this hotel has a great location in a quiet, leafy residential part of Pacific Grove. It's also centrally located to many area amenities and tourist draws. Booked this hotel for the first two nights of our California holiday, as a quiet alternative to the bustle and noise of downtown Monterey. Weren't disappointed: found this a peaceful, clean, friendly and spacious stopover in a wonderfully quiet part of the peninsula. Hotel was nice, but not worth the $200 price tag. We were a captive audience since there was a race in town and all the hotels were either booked or at least $200 a night. Beds were comfortable and location was good. Kids loved having their own room and their own twin beds. more

1 night stop on a east coast trip. We only stayed here as we could not get a reasonably priced 2 bedroom suite in Monterey, and loved this little Motel.
