Stayed here 2 nights. The location was great 2 mins from bay and 10 mins walk from the aquarium. The breakfasts were bounteous and imaginative. The hosts were gracious enough but not really super welcoming. We also thought it was rather pricey.
The room (Otter Cove) was the only problem, really tiny with no room for luggage, while the only available surfaces were stacked with unnecessary items like pillows, antique water jug & radio. The larger rooms would have been better.
