Nice place-great value for the Monterey peninsula. Stayed in room 217, upstairs with balcony and high ceilings. Rooms have been remodeled and are clean, spacious and comfortable with new beds, furniture and down comforters. The bathroom is small but updated. Stayed in the Olympia back in the 90s and had good memories of it. Decided to combine a stay in Carmel with a return to Pacific Grove, so contacted the Lodge directly. We stayed here during the Laguna Seca Moto GP races for three nights. We were charged $350 a night, but a woman we met who was staying there paid $89 for her room on Friday night.
