We spent the night at this hotel because we were familiar with the location and remembered it to be a very nice place to stay 10 years ago... Well it is still a great location but the hotel is very old and tired. It appears they are getting ready to tear it down and have deferred maintenance until they do.... more

First, the presentation of the hotel was horrible it looked rundown the yard was a mess. Second, i thought that the elevator was going to stop any minute. Thrid, the room was ugly and smely i thought i was going to throw up. Fourth, the breakfast was simple and only about two iteams. Fourth, price was NOT WORTH paying for.... more

Yes this is not the newest but the staff if friendly and happy to do everything to make your stay good The view from the balcony is beautiful and relaxing. As far as the bird droppings on the patio ... well I guess they have to try harder to train the wild birds to cleanup after themself. I have stayed... more

Hello folks: What was important for me was either a view of the beach/ocean or Marina/Harbor, I'm pieses what can I say...lol.... I ended up with the One Bedroom Suite, view of the Marina at Casa Sirena. The balcony was a very nice size, prob 15L x 5W, howver, the balcony had left over bird droppings, which I did not... more

We were booked in this hotel for one night, mid september. One advice, stay away from this place, unless you really have no other option. The place is old, worn and although staff was helpfull in viewing several rooms, it is not worth your money. Rooms are not cleaned properly, bedsheets were dirty, one of the rooms we had a... more

Sceptical to say the least after reading so many negative reviews. We just returned and had a very positive experience. The hotel is older but we found it clean, spacious, well kept, and would do this again. The grounds are well kept and in a truly beautiful setting among docks, boats, floral and mature trees. We stayed in a king... more

My wife and i booked a 4 night stay here in early August. I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but decided to try it anyway. Yes, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, walking to my room I was getting a little worried. The hotel is definitely run down. The room was nothing to brag about. It... more

The only thing that was good about the hotel is the staff was friendly. But we had a problem when we first got to the hotel and checked in. The first problem was I made the reservations for a room with 2 beds, they gave me a room with one bed. So they did fix that problem, but then the... more

I've never stayed in a hotel as ran down as this one. As a matter of fact, I didn't stay, I immediately left and requested a full refund. When I drove up, I honestly thought the building was condemned!!! Some of the room amenities included: * Outdoor carpet, on the inside! Plus it was at least 20 years old. *... more

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The property is obviously past its prime but it is perfectly reasonable and a good value for the money. more
