The customer service was great. We got in late and checked in efficiently. Late that night the manager came down from his apartment and spent a fair amount of time trying to accommodate a special request. This hotel serves its function as it provide decent shelter for us. That's about it. This is a very new and considered clean hotel. But because of the quality of the finishing is so CHEAP - from TV, the wall, bed, chairs, everything - I just don't want to go back. The people are very nice though. more
