My husband and I came to stay here on leg 3 of our honeymoon. Having splurged in San Francisco and Hawaii we wanted somewhere a bit more affordable but in an area I know well - Orange County. We knew we weren't going to be in the hotel long so we didn't mind it wasn't luxury. BUT.. we were very... more

I paid about $70 + tax/night and I thought I had a great deal. It's great if you don't have to use their parking lot! It just really caught me by surprise that I had to pay $12/day for 4 days to park at their hotel. I really felt like I got ripped off. Room was clean and comfortable but... more

I travel to Orange County often for work and this is my hotel of choice. It offers a government contractor rate, which is perfect for me. The rooms are clean, the linens and comforter are great. It is within walking distance of the block which has dining and entertainment. And there are always interesting groups staying there, so that makes... more

We got a deal on this hotel through Priceline.com for $60. Unfortunately, since we were flying stand-by so to speak, we had to take whatever room was available and they only had a 2-bed room available instead of a King bed room, so I shared a small bed with my Wife, rather than sleeping in seperate beds. The room was... more

We stayed for two nights last August. We spend two nights at the Double tree last August (2009) after staying at the Disneyland resort for 2 days. The room was spotless and the decor looked new, no wear. The service was excellent and the warm cookies at the reception were a very nice touch! This room was a very good... more

We got a great price on priceline ($58 per night) and really enjoyed our stay. Starbucks in the lobby, lots of shopping and Disney nearby, nice clean room. Room service was prompt and tasty, the room was clean and very comfortable. The only 'complaints' would be the valet or self park charge (parking space wasn't even close to being an... more

I booked my hotel through Priceline and got an awesome rate. Everything about this hotel was top-notch and I don't have a single complaint about it. The grounds are beautiful and it's so very clean inside and out. Disneyland was our destination and the hotel has a free shuttle service which saves you money by not having to pay for... more

We booked this hotel through priceline.com for $70. It's is a great hotel for the price. Only complaint was it is a bit noisy from room to room, could hear doors banging all night. Loved the warm cookies on arrival and staff were friendly and courteous. Would stay again. more

Customer Service should be how a hotel this far away from the central attraction (Disney) makes itself stand out. Instead... The shuttle drivers are almost always late - late to get to work and leave the hotel, and thus late to pick you up from the park as well. When they find themselves especially late, they won't actually pick you... more

I checked in late after a full day of being on an airplane. This hotel promises free cookies but I was not offered any at check-in and the staff was oblivious to how tired I was, in fact being a bit rude and curt. The staff in the giftshop stood around having conversations with their friends about the guests. There... more
