Quality Suites Anaheim is not what it appears to be. For a hotel that claims to have a full kitchen, there was only 3 plates, 1 mug, 4 glass cups and 3 sets of utensil. There were no pots, pans, cooking utensils or bowls to use for cooking. There were no towels to use in the kitchen to wipe your hands, the refrigerator was rusted and the stove was asymmetrical. When asking for a extra blanket & pillow, the front desk said they were completely out but had one pillow with not a pillow case. Then asked me to come up front to get the pillow. As a hotel, how do you not have any extra linens? To top this all off, when checking out, the front desk rep was exteremly rude stating I needed to pay for the room. I'm well aware that the room needs to be paid for, I know what I'm doing, it'll help if the hotel staff knew what they were doing because I paid for the room when I booked the room. more
