Upon arrival we were given the room we requested, King, Non Smoking. Front desk mgr was friendly. Room 206 was a horror show. The bed had to be older than I am, it was so dilapidated that one side was caving in on itself. You could see that both the mattress and the boxspring were severly stained and sewn up in several spots. When I sat on it I could feel only springs, no padding. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the ground. Then the toilet started to overflow. I called the front desk and the mgr said he would come up and look at it, as if we still wanted to stay in a room full of toilet water. We pretty much demanded a new room, which we got, #222, and it was just ok. The mattress seemed to have been made sometime this century and it was clean enough. The thing that really scared me was that the 2nd floor walkway was all rotted and poorly repaired in some spots, I felt like I was going to fall through the floor as I walked to my room.
