Neat, clean (albeit a little small) rooms close to the freeway, coupled with friendly helpful staff make this an easy choice if you need a quick stopover place near Ontario Airport. The morning "breakfast" included was actually quite good with fresh fruit, waffles, cereals, bagels, yogurt, and plenty of drink choices. The room 'desk' was small, but usable. Shower was... More

My husband and I were in the area for the NHRA Winternationals in Pomona. We chose the Fairfield Inn Ontario due to the great rate, proximity to the dragstrip and past experiences with Marriott hotels. Since the hotel is so close to the airport, we were worried that we might hear plane noise early in the morning and into the... More

I think the newer Fairfield Inns also have the word suite in their name, so this might be an older hotel. I agree with another reviewer that the management is just plain rude/mean. Upon checking in, the young man (his 4th day) was left alone at the front desk and no one helped him as he was checking me in... More

Wow ...what a stay at the Fairfield. They pick you up at the airport in Ontario. No waiting just five min to your room. Sleep in .... then breakfast...... cab back to the airport to pick up the car rental...... Being centrally located you can travel anywhere or stay at another Fairfield, visit Disnyland, or the medical center at Loma... More

very nice Fairfield Inn except it has two problems - one is that it sits right next to a major highway, so if noise bothers you this could be an issue. The 2nd problem is that the 1st and 2nd floor of rooms have outside facing doors - which makes it feel like a motel. The 3rd floor more reflects... More

I don't know where those other people stayed but this place is NOT old or stodgy or smelly. It's a perfectly nice hotel. We've stayed there every time we visited our grandaughter in Upland, which was 2004, 2007 and 2011. The freeway's traffic isn't as bad as you might think and it can't be heard from the rooms. We live... More

I stayed here a year ago and was pleased so i stayed last month and was displeased. Our room smelled very musty and like mildew and the carpet in the room and hall was wearing out already. This is a well priced hotel and the breakfast is good.

I booked this hotel to make my trip from Downtown LA to my homecity less exhausting, so I looked for an inexpensive hotel near Hwy 10 just to spend the night. To my suprise, this hotel is better than in looks on its website. Rooms are spaciuos, beds are very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. And even though I arrived almost... More
