Chose a motel within 3 miles of Ontario, CA airport before flight back east. Directions from staff very good and precise. Desk clerks friendly and helpful. Shabby room, holes in sheets, security lock on door broken. Fast-food and other restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast lacking, no juice at 7:00 a.m. Security camera screens visible at lobby desk. After a wonderful tour through 4 states including the Grand Canyon and Palm Springs we stayed at at the EconoLodge by Ontairio Airport to catch a flight back home. Though inexpensive, we certainly got what we paid for. Facilities - were okay, clearly utilized cheap contractors for refurbishment. Front Desk - very unorganized, unprofessional and unfriendly. The Room - big, old equipment(tv) and furnishings, good shower. I was very unhappy with these accommodations. It was only $50.00 but it could have been better. I've stayed in hotels for less and they where cleaner than this joint. Plus I was overcharged on my credit card. more
