This Best Western is very conveniently located near Ontario International Airport but not so close that you hear the planes (at least I didn't). A short walk to the Ontario Convention Center; Starbucks and Quiznos next door; ok pool. But the rooms are very nicely decorated. Obviously redecorated recently with new furntiure; faux marble countertops; and nice wood furniture. New carpet, too. more

The rooms in this hotel have been renovated and have some very nice amenities for a Best Western. Flat screen TV with high definition, new tile in bathroom, nice shower fixtures, etc. Very convenient to Ontario airport. Did not hear any of the train noise that other members have complained about. I would recommend this hotel. more

I stayed last year on this hotel and the rooms are not bad at all for the price I'm getting. I was very surprised they did extremely renovations to the max with the same price I'm getting last year. I booked this room because it is right off the 10 freeway, and we wanted to be beyond the morning traffic the next morning. I did not read any reviews, I just booked it. I was trusting the name, Best Western. We are Gold Crown Platnium members and stay in a lot of Best Westerns. This was the worst....Between trains... more

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Rooms are like regular BW rooms. However, this hotel is very noisy. Airport, highway and railway is very close by. You will need to be able to sleep through the sound of freight trains at night. more

We checked in fairly late and was given a room on the bottom floor (for three women, not very safe). The dead bolt wouldn't work and the window wouldn't latch. We stuck a chair up against the door. Everything was just perfect. It is close to the airport, has shuttle, ans park and fly rates. Rooms were clean and nicer than some Best Westerns I have visited.
