This was an exceedingly easy ski trip with my wife and 4yo daughter. Our building was directly across the street from the tram to High Camp. Underground parking is included, didn't use the car during the stay at all. There's a good variety of restaurants nearby. I only wish the snow was better, but that's mother nature's fault.

Staying at village is the most convenient for my family with excellent access to slopes, restaurants and convenience store. Rooms were in very good condition and our family had a very pleasant experience. We will be visiting squaw many more times in the future :)

I just returned from vacation in Squaw Valley. The Village where we stayed was good and our room had fantastic views. Unfortunately we were right over the truck/bus turnaround so there was noise all night. Definite defect of Building 3 and so sad because the views are amazing. The room itself was clean but very plain and bland. And, unfortunately... More

The village at Squaw valley gives you a nice flair of a Village experience. beautiful mountain architecture in a walking distance from the lifts, the shops and the restaurants. No need of a car once you are there. So nice.

We spent three really fun nights at the Village just before President's Day weekend. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was great - comfy couch, nice stereo, full kitchen, king bed for my wife and I and a separate room for the kids. We stayed in bldg 5, which has two hot tubs, one very large and the other... We really enjoyed staying at the Village at Squaw. We travelled with our 3 children ages 6, 7, and 11. My husband is an expert skier and our children are intermediate/advanced skiiers. Upon arrival we were given information on the resort and quickly checked in. We got a 2 bedroom unit which was enough sleeping space for us (a master... More

Went there for New Years 2010. We had a one bedroom suite w/balcony and fireplace. The kitchen/bathroom floors were heated and our view was the middle of the village. There is alot to do there besides skiing such as tubing, spa, exercise room, Jacuzzi. Close to the property we went snow sledding pulled by dogs and snowmobiling. Alot of places... More

Beautiful rooms with beautiful views. So nice to walk out of your rooms and hit the slopes, then extra nice at the end of the day. Village has great food. Beds were very comfortable and the full kitchen was great for making breakfast. Best ski condo I've eveer stayed at.

I came to Squaw Valley with my 11 and 14 year old. They took leasons to learn how to snowboard and loved it. They had a great instuctor (Renno) and I would definitely book with him again. We stayed at the Village in Building 2 close to slopes. We stored our skis and boards downstairs in the locker. It was... More

The Village is a great resort. The staff are friendly, professional, and well trained. The rooms are comfortable (just try to get one that doesn't look over the parking lot). It is sad to see how things are struggling as there has been insufficient snowfall for three years now. Still, it's beautiful, the air is clean, and the units with... More
