This was our 2nd or 3rd visit; we stayed two nights in the best room (which I won't tell you because then you might... aw, OK, it was room 5, the end unit closest to the restaurant). Reasons why this place is great: 1. Location, location, location: heading west from Fairfax on Sir Francis Drake Blvd, you hit Shoreline Highway... More

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon for two nights. We decided to upgrade to a room with a jet tub, and boy was it worth it, especially after a day of exploring Point Reyes National Seashore and climbing the gigantic staircase up from the lighthouse. This was our first stop, and our flight into San Francisco was severely... More

We stayed here for one night and wished it had been longer. Everyone was very attentive. The rooms were nice and the gardens were lovely. We found ourselves relaxing in the chairs drinking wine in the evening and coffee in the morning just enjoying the garden views. The fireside breakfast was great and selection was above average.

We stayed here 2 nights in room 1. Had a delightful stay. The room is a little quirky, as you go down a couple steps to a cute sitting area, and then once in the room, up 2 steps to the bathroom area. The location is great for visits to the national seashore, driving parts of route 1, and going... More

Can't say enough about rooms, all of which have view of a mixed wooded meadow. Staff helpful. Breakfast buffet well beyond the typical eg local crafted cheeses, smoked salmon. Recommend a room with balcony, open the french doors and take in the air from Tomales Bay. 2 miles from Pt. Reyes Station where you can find some great locally sourced... More

My husband and I stayed here one night while visiting the area. We booked room #1 which is the least expensive room at the lodge and we found it to be very nice. The room was clean and overlooked the back of the property. We had a small patio with a couple of chairs. We walked over to the national... More

If you want to see beautiful unspoiled beaches this is the place to go. My wife and I were there in the middle of September it was not very crowded. You don't have the place too your self but close. This a national park so expect very little comercial activity. But there is "Perry's" deli were they have great food... More

We stayed here 1 night (Room 14) on our way to visit family in Oregon. We loved it so much that we stayed again on our way back! It's a "lodge", so if you need TV, then go to a Holiday Inn. What we loved the most was the great fireplace in our room, and being able to take our... More

Fun small hotel on Rt. 1 near Point Reyes National Seashore. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice, although a bit quirky. The entryway and the bathroom were three steps up from the rest of the room, which meant we needed to be careful at night. The included breakfast was excellent.... More

Found this cute lodge while driving up the coast. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The backward was very pretty and inviting with tables and chairs, likes someone's personal backyard. The breakfast, which was included with the room, was wonderful and included several types of jams, bread, ham, salmon, fruit, coffee, teas and juices. The staff here is very... More
