We stayed there Easter weekend and I was pleasantly surprised. I shouldn't have been because all the other reviews were good, but the room exceeded my expactations and my 3 yr old son had a blast at the pool. Breakfast is standard fare but appreciated. Room was clean and spacious, and everyone I met there was very attentive. It's not... More

I had to cancel our April 2011 one night reservation. I called about 36 hours prior to the stay to cancel and was informed that I had to give 48 hours notice. We were billed for half of the nights stay and the clerk would not let me cancel without that huge charge. Needless to say, I will not book... More

I would like to start by saying that I am very sorry to hear about your experience and I appreciate hearing your feedback. We do have a 48 hour cancellation policy and property would normally charge for the full first night of stay. In your case my guest service rep asked me if she could only charge 50% of the... More

My wife and I decided to take a weekend trip to this great little city. We found this hotel on-line as it appeared well-recommended. I can see why. The hotel itself is very nice, and the overall amenities are standard, including a not-so-extensive continental breakfast, but adequate. We were greated by a couple of young women, who seemed nice enough,... More

When I go to Ojai for days filled full with outdoor recreational activities, I need a place at night -- so the price for a great, quiet, comfortable, safe place is Casa Ojai Inn. I do not stay at COI during the day, because I have my days filled with other activities away from COI. So why pay the high... More

Santa Barbara county lodging can be pricey, so when I reserved a room at Casa Ojai for $85/night, my expectations were pretty modest. Fortunately, the owners have done a nice makeover on this property so they are able to provide surprisingly nice accommodations at a modest price. The pros: rooms have all been redone with high-quality furniture, new mattress &... More

My family and I stayed at the Casa Ojai Inn for the weekend. Overall, the room and location were great. We arrived after 9pm and there was still available lighted parking at the rear of the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are heated. We stayed in a suite with a king size bed, full size pull out and kitchenette with... More

We had a group of 18 Harley's and some spouses too. The rooms are VERY nice and VERY well decorated with top flight beds and furnishings. They had a GREAT continental breakfast for us each morning and Janet, the manager, was very pleasant to work with and continually asked about our well being. We felt like family when we left... More

Pulling into Ojai, we past some lovely looking inns. At the other end of town was our hotel, Casa Ojai. From the outside, just another vanilla looking motel. I was a bit worried as this was an anniversary trip for my wife and I and I wanted something a bit more than a standard motel room. We checked in and... More
