We went to Ojai to attend a wedding. We spent 1 night. Arrived at 3:15 in the afternoon and the was able to check right in. Debbie in the office was very helpful. The room contained quite a bit of furniture winch made moving around difficult. The room had all the necessities. When we returned from the wedding the limited... More

I stayed in Ojai with my family (two adults, two teenagers) for three nights as a break on a two-week long college tour. This was a great find. The location is excellent-- walking distance to all the restaurants and weird little shops (don't miss Bart's Books!). Several other reviews have complained about the upkeep of the property. We found nothing... More

We came to Ojai for the Century and picked this place based on its location, reviews and availability. The good: Great location, nice big room, comfortable bed. The bad: Breakfast. The breakfast pastries were prepackaged and very mediocre. Didn't try the make-your-own waffle, maybe we should have. The ugly: the blinds covering the window in our room (Room 9) were... More

My wife and I had a wonderful impromptu getaway here. The check in experience was amazing, Debbie Day will go down in my top ten front desk people of all time, she was sweet ,knowledgable, and charming. She also greeted us with complimentary wine, and an upgrade. The property was nice, clean and very affordable. The breakfast was good, the... More

To start, I must say that the service was the best. We were welcomed with a smile and they were more than helpful with information and suggestions. The room was so unique and cute. The stained glass windows gave the room a very elegant feel. I would absolutely stay here again!

The women who was at the front desk should be working at a 5 star resort- her customer service was excellent and much appreciated. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was nice and relaxing, the robes they have in the room are old, and so are the towels and thin. The hotel is within walking distance of the small main... More

Nasty hotel. Out dated, pillows gross and yellow with no cases. Blankets had burns and who knows what else stained on it but my FAVORITE are the ANTS that joined in my BED!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! They did nothing for us when we told them that there were ants all over the bed so this must be... More

OK, first let me start by saying that I am the kind of person who drives past the signs that say 'Not a Through Street' imagining that the sign is lying and I will actually get through...that being said, you will understand how after reading many horrible reviews I STILL wound up at this 'hotel' for 3 nights. Here is... More

This hotel has apparently been renovated fairly recently, as everything about it is fresh and welcoming. We spent two weekend nights while in town for Ojai's wonderful annual Storytelling Festival. The continental breakfast each morning was more than enough to keep us satisfied for several hours--choices of make-your-own waffles to instant oatmeal, bagels, cold cereal and fresh fruit. It's about... More

Beds were comfortable, linens were clean. Loved Spanish style of the rooms and hotel and friendlystaff. The patio, right outside your room, were you can go and enjoy a glass of wine. They have a morning continental breakfast that is good and every night they have a wine happy hour, which is great. Every room decorated differently with antic furniture... More
