Booked this hotel on their website, then while my husband was making a reservation for a car he found a cheaper price on the Fox rental car site. I called the hotel and asked if they could match the price and they said no, and that I should make my reservation on the site where I saw a cheaper price.... more

We expected 304 to have a King bed. It seemed like a double/full. Because the room is a smaller room, perhaps it could not accommodate a larger bed. In future we will ask for a bay facing room with a king instead of pool facing. We left our 9 year old daughter with the grandparents. 304 would have been unsuitable... more

Had a great stay. Felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Valet/bellman Andre was outstanding. The Waterfront Hotel practices fraudulent business practices and when I pointed this out they refused to address them. You don't have to take my word for it - give it a try.
