My daughter had a state licensure exam in the area so we stayed at the hotel the night before. The waterfront restaurants were nice, but the area is sketchy. And the trains ran all night blowing their horns. You would just fall asleep when you heard the next one coming! Torture! Luckily, she passed her exam even with the sleep...

hot water is slow to come, bathroom is dated, shower head is low flow and takes a while for the hot water to reach. Their swimming pool isn't heated so it was a chilly experience taking a dip. The AC outlets are few and inconveniently located underneath a table and well worn as there was some difficulty keeping the plugs...

My wife and I spent five nights here in Feb while visiting our son in Oakland. It's not fancy and is a bit dated (regular tv), but a very convenient location. Not for the 4 & 5 star crowd. Two block walk to ferry terminal for super easy access to downtown SF. Covered free parking. Exellent highway access for Oakland, Berkeley...

The room was clean and cozy. The neighborhood is not really nice but the inn itself is quite a nice place. It's close to the ferry building at Jack London Square which goes directly to San Francisco. if you have a car, there is free parking and it is close to the highway

Decided to stay at this hotel for one night with my mother who was in town.
I wanted a quiet night for her to stay.
First, the toliet wouldn't flush, second there was not hot water, third the internet connection would not work!
The worst part of the hotel was the NOISE.
Not only were other hotel guests loud, but...

I phoned the front desk and there desk clerk (who has a major attitude) told me it was a new system that only worked when it...

I was very disappointed by this hotel. It was old, dated, oddly shaped, and small. I called the front desk repeatedly and there was never an answer. I asked the maid for an extra blanket and it appeared 2 days later. The two good things about the hotel was the attached parking and the adjacent restaurant. The neighborhood is trying to...

The hotel is close to Jack London Square and the ferry and restaurants. The secured parking is a plus since the neightborhood is a little troubling. The wifi is not available in the rooms. The rooms were clean enough and the bathroom was small but usable. The pool area is nice. We were there on a friday night and it...

I wanted to stay away from SF but with easy access to the Bart to go for business meetings during the day in SF city. The Inn at Jack London Square is an excellent and comfortable location. The free and easy parking and full and speedy wifi are great bonuses. I also discovered the nice little gym on my last...
