It was clean, staff was nice, alot of lotterying though and a very scary neighborhood!! the site made it look much nicer. Room had no phone and the door lock did not work!!!!! I was scared and paranoid all night thinking I was going to get mugged or something terrible. The next day I noticed the parking lot was filled... more

The one thing I would say is the staff was friendly. This is a horrible neighborhood and it is not safe to walk anywhere. The room door did not lock in our original room and was small. Second room was even smaller and smelled horrible. Bathrooms had been redone recently but they only gave 2 dishtowel sized towels and one... more

I stayed at Bay Breeze Inn 2 days ago and my stay was truly a delight. The staff was amazing and seems like they recently introduced ESPN channel. It was a bonus for a sport loving person like me. Also the free wireless internet worked like a charm. The checkin was quick and to my surprise, when I entered the... more

Do not stay here. Absolutely filthy room. Gap in the door was huge enough for the rats and cockroaches to get in. The room smelled so bad. The pillows and bedding were not washed in months maybe years. Honest to God I am not kidding. They must have given us a room where the hookers go. The bathroom looked like... more

The hotel is waling distance from the coliseum, but thrugh a rough neighborhood, do not do it at night! We asked for a non smoking room, but it smelled horrible (like stale smoke), and had ashes all over the floor and chair. There were gaps around the door, and it was very cold in the room, even with the heater... more

I was in town for Raider's game and picked this particular motel because (a) it was close to the stadium and (b) it was cheap. Rooms were clean and bathroom was splendid. Seems like they remodeled the property recently. Overall I would give a full 5 stars and would stay again. more

I was in town for a Raiders game and found the Bay Breeze to be exactly what I was looking for. It was economical, no frills but clean and the staff very pleasant and nice. Only 15 minute walk to the Coliseum where the Raiders play. Not much in the area in terms of restaruants but cab service is a... more

I travel several days per week for my job so I stay in a lot of "budget" type motels. Do NOT stay at this motel. The people who run it seem very nice but the area is very rough and the hotel is extremely run down. It is really bad. Hotel competition in the east bay area is low. You... more

I booked this hotel directly from the Bay Breeze Inn website. Reasons why this hotel is no good: Proximity: claims it's walking distance to Oakland coliseum- may be if you are doing it in the day light and you are not a single women with a young little girl. It is down an industrial street, very run down! Too far... more
