The rooms are newly remodeled. Clean and confrontable and 15 minutes from San Fransisco and on game day 15 minute walk to the coliseum. When I'm in town it is the only place I stay. The owner are very friendly. There is no better deal in oakland.

This was a over charged dump..rude inconsiderate office staff..the room wasn't very clean. Couldn't get another room nor refund. I will never come back or recommend that place to anyone. It was quiet though..no doors slamming etc. through the night.. At checkout the lady was VERY rude and nasty. She was not people friendly and has no bedside manners whatso... More

We stayed at the Bay Breeze Inn in Oakland Ca. On 12\3+\2015. There.was several issues which made our experience an unfortunate one primarily due to the absolute incompetency of hotel staff . No phones provided. In the room. , Not enough sufficient.room to hang our clothes and no clothes hanger were provided. For the small wooden rod that was available.... More

When I booked it said there would be a hair dryer. There was none. Also no grip guard in the bath tub to avoid falling while taking a shower. When I came in the check in, I didn't feel very welcomed at the reception area.

The rooms are ok for a quick stay. We didn't spend much time in the rooms, only at night for sleeping. The beds are ok and comfortable. The sheets were clean, but the bed skirts could either be washed, thrown out, or changed because they did have dirty spots on them. We had a "love seat" in our room that... More

Bring your own bag of ice because they charge 25 cents every time you push the button and the wifi is extremely slow. Location is great if your going to a football game. Fruitvale Station is close too for those who know how to use the BART.

Location was kind of tucked away, room was clean, within 10 miles of downtown, had fridge, adequate parking. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Good deal for the price, I didnt see anything rated average or higher under $70 this close to downtown. This place worked out just fine.

For the price, I've gotten much better. It was an alright motel kind of place, but the neighborhood was totally sketchy. It was in the middle of nowhere with no good food places for miles. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Also, the room was heavy with air freshener.
