This is a great hotel if you wish to visit San Francisco but not pay SF hotel prices! The hotel is in downtown Oakland. The Courtyard Downtown is a good option for staying in Oakland. Clean, nice rooms and quiet. The exercise room is small and not very functional, but overall a decent value for the money if you have to stay downtown. more

I came for Oracle Openworld. The show attracted 42,000 attendees, no wonder some of the 4-star hotels on the San Francisco side were charging $800 a nite.
