Mike and his staff were very helpful. The rooms were immaculate and everything worked. Convience to freeway entrance and exit a plus. Mike and his wife did everything to make our stay pleasant. The personal interaction was a big ++++.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I have never given a bad review but please don't stay here. I am pretty lenient on hotels and don't care to spend much money on somewhere where all your hkokgvyokWhen we arrived Friday night/Saturday morning (2:00 am) in pouring rain I was relieved that it was easy to find but that's where that good... We stayed at the Roadway Inn and Suites last summer during our SW roadtrip. Driving up to the hotel, we were a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood, as it seemed to be isolated between trains and the interstate. Our room was located on the second floor in the corner above the main office. There was a cleaning cart that was... More

You get what you pay for, 3rd time staying here but I think is my last. The beds felt harder than last time. The location is kind of scary, but its walking distance of the Coliseum. What did it this time were the beds, my wife and I agreed on the beds and they were not good night sleeps. When... More

this was a last minute choice. The room was somewhat clean, the bed satisfactory. The staff were less than helpful and acted suspicious when I checked in, then I went to buy a soda and the machine had a sign that said " If you need a cold drink please come to the office" so I did at 5pm the... The good of this hotel is: clean rooms, staff cares-I saw them sweeping up cigarette butts in the parking lot, good landscaping upkeep. Location is close to O.co stadium. The bad is: the area of town is scary for a rural person. We were on the first floor and our neighbors smoked, it came into our room via the air... More

Arrived here at 1am after booking online. First impression was WAY better than expected given the area. It is a little off the beaten path but that's good! Room was clean Staff was friendly Bed was comfortable I would come back if I had an event at the collesium and didn't want to make the drive

We decided to stay in Oakland to avoid the high prices of San Francisco. Was thankful we were only there for one day. Getting to the hotel late at night seemed very sketchy. Very industrial which could be fine but not when you know Oaklands reputation. Got there around 10 and checked in, office smelled very distinctly like asian soup,... More

I came to this hotel because I'm a choice points member. I tried making a reservation online but their system was down. Not down enough to run my card but down enough not to give confirmation code. We go to the hotel tell them we tried to make reservations she charges us 85.00 dollars totally different then online keep in... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We came here by car, so it was not a problem to access to the hotel and San Francisco downtown. But the location is very odd, feels like in the middle of nowhere (or highway). You can easily go to San Francisco via Bay Bridge in 15-20 minutes. The room was not... More
