This was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever stayed! Clean, the bathroom was warm, and the beds wonderful. Everyday a squirrel visited us, and the warm pool seemed very good, but we didn't used it. The staff was nice, but not very smiley, but that wasn't a problem, since they gave us all the information we needed. Oakhurst... More

We recently visited Yosemite and stayed at this hotel outside the south entrance of the park. In my opinion, I would call it a resort not a hotel. The room and bathroom were huge and beautiful. They have an indoor and outdoor (heated) pool & jacuzzi, a nice little park area and BBQ area. The restaurant next door is good.... More

Room was lovely and large, bed was comfy, good tv. Slightly on the dank side though, had to enter a poorly lit concrete corridor to access it. Never seen so many paintings in my life, though we did ask the front-lady at the restaurant and she explained the owner is an avid painter! Service was also excellent and the staff... More

In reading other reviews I have noticed that they refer to the property in Oakhurst. We stayed at the Mariposa facility. We arrived there much earlier than check in time but the receptionist was very gracious and suggested some things for us to do until then. The room was a comfortable standard BW room. The free continental breakfast was what... More

If we could give negative marks we would: had the misfortune of booking 3 rooms for 6 adults at this hotel which must be modeled on the Bates Motel. Looked good on their website but the whole experience has been the weirdest of our entire road trip where we have stayed in 6 different hotels over the last 10 days... More

Only stayed here since we couldn't find anything in Yosemite but wouldn't stay here again out of choice. The reception and exterior appearance of the property didnt represent the standard of our room. I wasn't expecting much but we were allocated a ground floor room, we had to go down steps into a dark and dingy corridor to access the... More

We recently stayed in the family suite at this facility. We always choose Best Western because the quality is consistent and they accept dogs. This is by far the best facility we have stayed at with a Best Western. The setting is very spread out and nestled among a lot of trees and grassy areas. It feels more like a... More

I thought the room was superior to what my expectations. I even tried out the exercise room and enjoyed it. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated with original art made by the wife of the couple that own this place which added a nice touch. The only thing I wasn't impressed by was the breakfast, just mediocre and while filling not... More

A nice hotel, close to Yosemite South and 30 minutes from Mariposa Grove. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Room overlooking a green area. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

My daughter thought the room smelled. I thought it was fine. Bathroom needs new tile and needs updating. It seemed to be the best choice in Oakhust. I chose it from the reviews. It's quite the drive to the falls, horsebackriding, and sites.
