Helpful front desk staff, nice large beds, clean room, okay location. BUT ,. TV reception was awful, no cable, no Premium channels. Broken faucet in bathroom sprayed all over while tub was filling. Maid didn't vacuum, or make the beds, only gave us fresh towels on Day 2. We had to ask for more toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast okay,... More

Inspite of the other reviews, the motel was reasonably clean. Aircon was working (and needed). Bath room was fine. Breakfast was fine but there are lots of restaurants nearby if you are not in a hurry. Little pricey. Everything was just as you expect from a motel in the last city before Yosemite.

Friends and I stayed here for a night before going into Yosemite to camp for 3 days. It was a good place to get a good night's rest and shower before living in a tent. The workers were all very nice. Continental breakfast was average, but we didn't expect anything fancy. Not the nicest hotel if you're looking to spend... More

We've been staying at the Oakhurst Lodge off and on for the last 15 years. This place has so much potential, we really wish someone would buy it and really renovate it. The hotel is currently bank owned. We recently stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The room has new carpet, paint and bedding, the room and the... More

Motel was in need of a lot of repairs. Air conditioning in lobby/breakfast area did not work. Bathroom had hard water stains in shower, toilet & basin. Swimming pool has been closed long term & the fence to keep people out that surrounds the area made it difficult to get out of parking spaces. The continental breakfast was just that,... More

We stayed here on 11 June 2014 in room 109. The cost was $132 inc tax and a continental breakfast. Check in was good, and the people friendly. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable with air conditioning. For breakfast, you had to go to the reception area to collect and take back to your room. Wash room facilities were... More

The hotel served its purpose of providing accommodation out of Yosemite (although it could be closer). It was clean and comfortable and the welcome we received was excellent - the people were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the pool was not operational and the days were over 100 degrees.

Thankfully we were only booked at this room for one night during our 10 day vacation. It was awful and all we could do to stay that one night! The place was absolutely filthy! Dead bugs all over both window sills, moldy/nasty shower curtain & tub faucet. The tile entry floor had obviously not been swept nor mopped in quite a... More

Stayed at Oakhurst Lodge 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised, rooms were nicer than I expected for the price. No issues with the plumbing as previously described. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We tend to like to take the chance with the older style Motor Court motels because they can be a better value and this one did not... More

I wasn't happy when we pulled up. It looks like an old 60's hotel and when we walked inside it was. Sure, they have remodeled, they put in new carpet and new bedding but the old mattresses and the old vanities were just awful. My back hurt for 2 nights, tossing & turning on the old beds they have. The... More
