Everything here was good for us. Rooms were very clean, large, big bathroom and quiet, plus the free wifi was really fast.the only reason I don't give the full rating is because we turned up and had to wait 30mins as the owner was out. He was then not the friendliest person I've met but in the morning he was... More

Oakridge Inn is a 2.5 star hotel in Oak View, close to the tourist hotspot of Ojai, but with much more reasonable prices. We stayed there in April 2014 for twelve nights and were extremely comfortable with a large bathroom, microwave and fridge. It's not a typical motel/hotel, although built in the older style with outdoor stair access to the... More

We've stayed at the Oakview several times while visiting relatives in nearby Ojai. If you're coming from Ojai the turn into the parking lot is awkward. You're better off driving to the next road on your left and turning around to approach it from the opposite direction. The rooms have been spacious and offer TVs, a microwave and small fridge.... Needed an affordable place to stay for the weekend but yet still be close to Ojai. This hotel was $65 a night and very basic. Scott the manager was friendly. It's not a very pretty hotel, but the surprise of the pool being hot made up for it.

I was happy to stay in this simple motel (instead of in Ojai) when I did the certification course for The Work of Byron Katie in Ojai. The room was clean; bed and sanitary was good (I slept 11 hours when I arrived with a jetlag!). The room was appropriate for self catering with magnetron and fridge. (I brought a... More

Stay 4 nights over the holiday as it was close to our relatives. Room was nice with comfortable beds. Clean. Scott the manager was very accommodating, making sure we got the room we requested. We did not notice much street noise despite its street side location.

We could not get accommodations in Ojai so a friend recommended this hotel. The room is about like a motel six. The bed uncomfortable. The staff not so friendly. I called and asked for extra pillows and the front desk guy said " you have some on the bed already". I called for the WIFI code and he was quite... More

This Guest asked for extra pillows and forgot to mention that I did get them for her with no problem, I just needed time to get them. My guess is she was upset since I was not immediate with her request. She called for the wifi code and I was happy to give it to her. Which I was happy... More

Although the front desk closes at 9:30 pm, the gentleman was courteous. We had not been back to this motel since 1997. We remember the pink painted building which was still pink. My son stayed at this motel while attending his brother'a wedding. He said it was very nice. Sixteen years later I'm back with being a satisfied customer. We... More

We knew we had a booked a motel a bit away from Santa Barbara, which was fine as we were driving. There's not much there apart from a couple of diners and convenience stores, but we only slept there for one night and moved on. The room was old but seemed clean enough. As the motel was quiet we got... More

My experience was beyond my expectations. My room was clean and very comfortable. And for the management, Scott you could not have been more accommodating. Very rested and happy when I left. Looking forward to going back.
