A few in the office are rude, which is not the first thing we look for as paying guests, right? But alot of evenings there's a nice man there that's a pleasure to deal with. The rude staff, though, tends to keep the decent guests away and what's left over is a hoodlum-rich guest population.

My partner and decided to stay here a well needed rest. We had stayed here before, and the thought the rooms were adequate and reasonably pleasant. That was not the case this visit. We thought we'd book the bridal suite. It promised many things that simply were not there. The first faux pas was the fireplace. It did not function,... More

To be blunt I wasn't expecting much, but needing a much needed mental margarita, my husband and I decided this place would do. Well....surprise, surprise, surprise. We had one of the best nights sleep we'd had in a while. I suggest you bring your own towels, the ones provided are best used for exfoliation....they're a bit "brisk". Overall I say go... More

I had a room over the lobby. It was noisy. Woke up every hour when a door was shut. Bathroom was full of mold on the tile. Located in a nice part of town from what I could see. Won't stay there again. It was the cheapest we could find but overall not good.

Pros: a quick drive to the Golden Gate Bridge; easy access to Hwy 101; close to restaurants; friendly receptionist, beds weren't bad Cons: questionable location; sketchy people loitering in the parking lot (I was trapped in my car!); not much of a breakfast (muffins cut in half, some juice, no coffee) I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel to females travelling... Priced too high for a less than Motel 6 experience. Very hard mattresses, I have never slept on a more uncomfortable bed in my life, and I like to camp in the woods. Continental breakfast was your choice of day old doughnuts and two types of cereal. They also provide Coffee and Juice. The only reason I didn't a lower... More

Pros: Booked a room for 7/4 and 7/5 two days prior; permitted to check in an hour early; reasonable rates; spacious room; small fridge; pretty view from slider. Megan was extremely accommodating. Cons: Concrete block (aka: bed). The floor would have been softer and more comfortable. Strong smell of cigarette smoke when I walked in the office.

Management very helpful. Large breakfast room to use all day long. All rooms have a private balcony which we liked. It was quiet at night and just off of the main thoroughfare so it made for easy access. Many attractions and restaurants are close by.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this place is a dump. Looking from the outside It would appear promising but once you step inside the rooms... its an Austin Powers time machine..but nothing funny here. Spend your money elsewhere and get a better night sleep...odor free.

Coming from the desert, upon arrival I asked for an additional blanket since the weather was a lot cooler. I was told that they do not have any extra blankets. They do offer the blankets for sale however!! The next annoyance was the entry light in the room that continued to blink on and off. At one point the refrigerator... More

Aria1998, I sincerely apologize for the lack of blankets, falsely programmed key, bad light, and malfunctioning fridge. That's a lot to go wrong and those are things that should have been easily fixed. It usually takes a week and multiple people to rack up that many issues. To those reading this review please note that we have 6 commercial routers... More
