We stayed here two nights on our way north over Memorial Day weekend. The hotel is located just off the 101 freeway and across from a Burger King. The front desk staff was friendly and quick. We were placed in room 1201 - top floor in the farthest north building. I worried that our room would be noisy - and... more

Arrived very late having been bumped by Travelodge. Found welcoming and friendly front desk (at 10:30 pm!) and clean, comfortable room. Very good value. Discovered it was a family-run hotel (passed on from grandfather to grandson) within the Best Western franchise. Would definitely return here if needed to stay in the area more

We landed in San Francisco from a cruise ship and had pre booked this hotel based on good reviews in Tripadvisor. We were not disapointed. We found the staff informative and helpful. The room was comfortable and the continental breakfast excellent. The 24 hour beverage stand in reception is an excellent facility. My wife appreciated the guest laundy a lot.... more

My wife and I just returned from a lovely 5 night stay at the Novato Oaks Inn. We have family in the area and have stayed at this property the past two trips. The rooms and common areas are very clean and have modern fixtures and amenities. The staff is courteous and helpful. The free breakfast is a nice treat... more

We stayed at this hotel to kick off our honeymoon on 10/26. We had just flown into SFO, picked up our rental car, drove through San Francisco and stopped at Muir Woods ... and were looking for a place to stay in between there and Napa. This is a nice, large ... but quiet property nestled away from most of... more

I chose this hotel based on other trip advisor reviews and what a great decision. I felt good as soon as I walked in and my first impression did not disappoint me.. Everything ,from the lobby, breakfast area, to my room seemed of an upgraded quality, yet very comfortable and welcoming. The area in which it is located is quiet... more

I have recently stayed at the Best Western Novato Oaks Inn and yet again it was another wonderful stay. After a fine dinner at the adjacent Wild Fox restaurant we retired to our spacious and quiet room with the deck overlooking a forested hill to permanent open space. From here we were able to hike at the many nearby trails,... more

This still an excellent place to stay, well above the usual Best Western standard. Pleasant, efficient reception. Free and plentiful continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well-kept. Beds are luxurious. Ask for a room overlooking the hill at the rear to avoid Route 101 noise. Good but pricy restaurant next door, but varied choice in Novato, 10 minutes drive away.... more

I am a local who needed to be out of my house with my family during some work on our house. I selected the Novato Oaks for my stay because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The hotel considerately for us and for others put us on an upper floor with no one below us and a hillside room... more

The property is very well-maintained. The room facilities are very comfortable. Great Beds. Continental breakfast average. Coffee and Tea around the clock. Desk people helpful, depending on the shift. We were very pleased with our room and the location, until about 11:15p.m. We were just about to retire for the night, when a couple arrived in the adjoining room. They... more
