Stayed at Norwalk Marriott for 2 nights in December 2007. Overall I was impressed with the hotel. There was plenty of parking. Reception and checking in was a painless affair and the staff were pleasant and well presented. The lounge area had a nice ambience and even had a computer terminal to check mails, surf the internet etc. I was... more

Such an attractive hotel! Front desk staff was very efficient when checking us in, and very well at giving directions. Room was beautiful. Nice comfy beds, nice clean bedding package. Bathroom was gorgeous! It had marbe floors, very nice towls and great smelling shampoo and lotion. I felt very comfortable here and would absolutely return if I was ever in... more

I can't believe I paid under $100 for our rooms!! This out-of-the-way hotel is great and really lives up to the Marriott name. It was recently renovated, and I mean recently. In fact, my only complaint was that you could still smell a little bit of the paint. Huge parking lot, close to many restaurants and stores; many in walking... more

I would like to say that I had a very enjoyable stay at The Norwalk Marriott. I received a gift certificate for a 2 day stay with breakfast for 2 at The Sonoma Grill, which is the hotel's restaurant.Check in was fast and easy and the staff was very friendly, courteous and professional.A luggage cart made getting my belongings to... more

The Lanscaping looked great! and the inside looked like it just had a major overhaul. The lobby had an updated modern look to it very suprised with the product ! Staff was very helpful, and generous with their time and good advice. The room was comfortable (larger then expected) and clean. The morning breakfast buffet was really quite excellent. Loved... more

Let me start out by saying that the Norwalk Marriott is the best choice hotel when staying in the Norwalk/Downey area. The lobby and common areas are beautiful, recently renovated. The guest rooms were a little disappointing, however. The televisions were small (23" maybe) and dated. The picture was pretty terrible. The beds were pretty comfortable, but for some reason... more

The hotel looked a little older and run down from the outside. But the inside looks like it just had a major overhaul. I don't know why they feel the need to pump stinky perfume stuff into the lobby, but that is my only complaint. Staff was very helpful, and generous with their time and good advice. The room was... more

This Marriott has just done a major renovation. The lobby and common areas have a beautiful open concept design. The front door has a very nice automatic sliding door which is very handy when you come in with your hands full. Staff at the front desk were very courteous. The check in went smooth and fast. She acknowledged my Marriott... more

If you need to stay in this area of Los Angeles for business, this is a great hotel to stay at. If you are coming to Los Angeles for vacation; this hotel is of value, however, there is nothing near to entertain you. This hotel is great for Business Traveler's that are looking for a nice, clean, professional hotel in... more

This hotel is nice. The couple times I stayed there we had a few plumbing problems. The first time I stayed there, we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The regular rooms are nice, but not kept up as nicely as the suites. If you have a room facing the parking lot in front, you may get... more
