The staff were attentive, courteous and made you feel like a guest. The restaurant served quality food and that made we come back for more. The room and room's bathroom were clean. I would definitely come back to stay for a business trip.

Stayed here en route from San Fran to San Diego. Not too bad, room was clean, staff polite and friendly. Location is good if your passing through but too far from LA for sightseeing. Pool is ok but could have done with some cleaining, ditto to the hot spa.

Beds weren't very comfortable, the top layer of mattress was entirely cut and open and you can see inside of the mattress. Just weird to see. Also, room service never ended up calling me back to place my order so I ended up ordering from the restaurant next door.

We like staying here, it has a good location right off the thruway. They have very good service and nice and clean rooms, Hot chocolate chip cookies too! Free coffee in the morning and hot chocolate at night.
