Super clean rooms and great customer service is key to a nice stay. Close to shopping and local restaurants, great view of the city from the room. Parking was free and Restaurant/ Bar had decent food. Also not sure what they put in there cookies, but they do a good job. Never been to a hotel where they hand out... More

We came to visit family in Anaheim and Downey. It is nice and well kept. If you want a comfy nights sleep and to feel safe, this place is appropriate. There weren't any special features offered besides free newspaper, free parking and free cookies at arrival. If you are on a budget there are probably cheaper places. It's an overall... More

Nothing special about this hotel. Stayed here when visiting the Angels of Anaheim baseball park. About 10 miles away. Hotel was nice but nothing really distinguished it from other hotels. Service was ordinary. Rooms were nice but not exceptional. Convenient to the highway but the highway is under major construction and it was a bit of a challenge to get... More

I simply hated it , they checked me in a room that wasn't ready for the next guess (which was my son and I) at all. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. I complained and Guest Services was very apologetic but when I asked to change rooms they made me sit outside the room while housekeeper through the room together... More

The rooms are clean and breakfast is good. The breakfast staff is always cheerful and accommodating. There are a lot of conferences at the hotel so the bar area can get crowded, especially on weekends.

Room was nice. Bed pretty comfy. Granite various places in bathroom and counters. Clean. Wait to check in was too long at 11 PM. One clerk was busy on phone and the remaining clerk had to deal with line of ~8 groups trying to check in. Met my wife's 3 criteria for good hotel: - makeup mirror - window that... More

Stopped at this hotel in between Disneyland and San Diego. Front desk staff was exemplary- courteous, polite, genuinely friendly gentleman. As always with Hilton properties, the room was clean and spacious. This outstanding experience is why we remain loyal Hilton customers. Great stay!

Stayed 3 days, just took a short vacation. We've stayed at this hotel 4 times and have never had a problem, in fact I would have recomended it to anyone. We checked in everything looked fine until I went to take a shower and found lots of rust in the bathtub, it was disgusting. My own bathtub doesn't even have... More

It is a very clean, well-maintained hotel that is safe, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to pay extra for wifi (around $10 per day), and for breakfast (fairly high prices for simple breakfast), and for bottled water ($3 per bottle) in the room. No fridge to keep beverages cold, which can be a bit... More

I called the hotel to ask if I would be able to check in early since I traveled a long distance and I was tired. The girl that answered told me that my room was ready and i was able to check in which i loved. Room Service was great. The food was delicious and worth it. All the employees... More
