Room was nice. Bed pretty comfy. Granite various places in bathroom and counters. Clean. Wait to check in was too long at 11 PM. One clerk was busy on phone and the remaining clerk had to deal with line of ~8 groups trying to check in. Met my wife's 3 criteria for good hotel: - makeup mirror - window that... More

Stopped at this hotel in between Disneyland and San Diego. Front desk staff was exemplary- courteous, polite, genuinely friendly gentleman. As always with Hilton properties, the room was clean and spacious. This outstanding experience is why we remain loyal Hilton customers. Great stay!

Stayed 3 days, just took a short vacation. We've stayed at this hotel 4 times and have never had a problem, in fact I would have recomended it to anyone. We checked in everything looked fine until I went to take a shower and found lots of rust in the bathtub, it was disgusting. My own bathtub doesn't even have... More

It is a very clean, well-maintained hotel that is safe, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to pay extra for wifi (around $10 per day), and for breakfast (fairly high prices for simple breakfast), and for bottled water ($3 per bottle) in the room. No fridge to keep beverages cold, which can be a bit... More

I called the hotel to ask if I would be able to check in early since I traveled a long distance and I was tired. The girl that answered told me that my room was ready and i was able to check in which i loved. Room Service was great. The food was delicious and worth it. All the employees... More

I stayed here the night before my friends wedding. Rooms seemed a bit small and narrow, but was clean and modern. Paid 4 dollars for a bottle of water. Breakfast buffet was very good. Expected more from previous stays at double tree properties. Overall would stay again.

Very nice hotel. I still have to stay in a sofa bed where the mattress is firm enough not to feel the springs. Other than this, very nice. Did not get the cookies that was mentioned everywhere. Stayed here for my school's golden jubilee which was handled so great by Ms. Consunji-Chen. She was outstanding! Handled everything with professionalism and... More

This was a first trip to the area and it was to visit family that had recently moved there. We originally chose this hotel due to the proximity to our relatives but in the end were so glad we did as it was one of those trips when everything was perfect. The entire experience starting with check-in, room, meals, very... More

I stayed in this hotel when it first opened some 24 years ago.. It was TOP NOTCH.. everything was plush & beautiful. Now the only thing beautiful was the downstairs bar/restaurant. And it never stayed open very long. bankers hours. Rooms were nothing, seemed run down.
